Loft renovation

I recently completed a hard loft renovation with Josh and his team from Canada's Restoration services. I was more than pleased with the entire process and final results. Work in my loft (1400SF hard loft downtown Toronto), included refinishing all the hardwood floors, demolition of a few non-structural partition walls, installation of pot lights and additional electrical, and rebuilding/patching a few drywall walls, new baseboards and painting. Prior to the start of the project, I planned all the specs for the job and Josh was more than happy to work with my dimensioned drawings and very detailed requirements. Throughout the project, I was kept up to to date on progress and consulted on any needed deviation from plan. All of the sub-contractors (flooring, electrical, paint, etc.) were excellent and were of very high quality and responsiveness. Overall, what was most impressive, is that the job was completed as planned, on budget at a level of quality that exceed my very high expectations (I'm a designer and very picky) and even included a few small extras that came up during the project, with never any mention of additional delays or costs. I would happily work with Josh and his team again and have already recommended them to several people.

Mold removal

Our bathroom fan was venting in the attic. It caused mold. We had a few people out to suggest how to take care of it. Canada's Restoration Services took the time to explain, they said what and how it will be done, and they showed us a video. We hired them and they were very good. The problem was fixed and the job was done perfectly.
