Kriss and Joe did an outstanding job on our basement renovation project. The end result completely transformed the space. In fact, considering our somewhat modest budget, it turned out better than we ever could have imagined. They were very responsive to our (many) requests and always led us towards a solution which gave us the most value for our money. They were friendly and professional, punctual, unbelievably tidy and always accommodating. They even finished the project ahead of schedule and on budget - an amazing accomplishment considering a fairly significant mid project scope change. Without question I will be calling on Kriss and Joe for all of my future planned renovations. Thanks guys!!!

We are very happy with the quality Kriss and his team of contractors did with our basement. His prices are very reasonable after I did extensive research with other companies. I liked Xtreme home because they were friendly and knowledgeable and offered suggestions. Life happens and our basement took a smidge longer than expected, although no fault of Kriss. (waiting to get drawing made, Christmas or problems with the floor we chose) He had the plumber and Joe help us with other stuff that we did not hire him for originally and charged us appropriately. I would recommend Kriss to anyone who is looking to get work done.

Hi Shari Thank you taking the time to review our services. It is unfortunate that the city takes so long to approve drawings but it is a neccasary evil to insure that your project is built to code. We try hard to complete jobs in a timely manor however we won't sacrifice a quality product to keep a schedule. I met Kriss when he was finishing my sister in laws basement. They were very pleased with his work and professionalism, so when i needed a few things done around my house i called on Kris to help me out. Kriss has done many smaller jobs at my house including, shower repair,sink and faucet install, found a leak in my cold room and re worked all of the electrical, and recently replaced our upstairs bathroom exhaust fans and ran new exhaust tubing and installed the exterior covers as needed. He did a great job, always showed up on time and stayed on or below quote. I would certinaly recomend Kriss and xtreme homes.

Everything done in a timely and a very professional manner. Work done as described, within the price quoted. At the end of the day, job site would be left clean. I would highly recommend them

Kriss  from Xtreme Homes just completed our basement last week. We now have a lovely rec room, bedroom and laundry room. It all looks Fabulous!  From the first visit to our home we found him to be very respectful of our property, making an effort to keep the work area clean and neat. Sometimes it didn't even feel like we were in the middle of a reno because he cleaned up after every stage.  This continued right through from the start of construction to the very end. Today I completed a kitchen reno with Xtreme Home and I am in awe at how fabulous it looks! I had a vision and asked Kriss to design a kitchen that was functional, energy efficient, maximized my space and would give that WOW factor and that is exactiy what he did. The job involved framing, drywalling, plumbing electrical and cabinetry. Kriss and Joe are a great team. Xtreme Home rescued us from a renovation gone bad! Kriss Shrive was referred to us by a friend and happily came over and took a look at all the problems, explained to me what was done wrong, why it didn't meet the building code, how it was going to be fixed and how long it would take and what it would cost. Xtreme Home fixed everything to perfection! After that experience we gained alot of confidence in Kriss. When we bought a home and decided to completely renovate it, we called him again and everything worked out great. Worth every penny to do the job right the first time and that's exactly what Xtreme Home does!

We had Xtreme Home back into our home again, to redo our basement. Kriss turned our basement into a warm and cozy family living area. I had Kriss build me 2 mirror image book shelves and they turned out Xtremely well. I dont think there is anything this guy cannot do. I had Xtreme Home in to do 2 landings in my home with Laminate flooring. I know Kriss from doing my Mom's complete house makeover. Job was EXTREMEKY well done. So I have asked him back to do work in my own home. Kriss is a very picky guy. It must be done right or not done at all.
