I wasn't sure whether staging would be worthwhile but once I saw it setup I was 100% certain that it was worth every penny. Patrick is a true artist. He transformed our house into feeling so luxurious I started to have second thoughts about selling. We had neighbours complimenting our house after seeing the photos on MLS. We got tons of viewings and our house sold quickly and at a great price. Patrick was incredibly professional and and supportive from start to finish, he is a genuinely kind person. With updated furniture and a neutral decor, we weren't sure we really needed to stage our house. However, the decorative elements and furniture placement suggested by Patrick at Studio Linea Home Staging made a wonderful difference. When it came time to sell my parent's house and the home we grew up in, there was an emotional attachment that guided our screening and selection of Contractors and service providers. Patrick greeted us with a very warm and gentle manner.
