I had a flood in my basement and hired Enchant Management to clean up the basement and rebuild. Beyond the insurance claim, I decided to do some upgrades. Enchant did a great redesign to make better use of the space, they did all new plumbing, everything had the appropriate permits and inspections done and the icing on the cake was a unique ceiling detail. They did the ceilings in a 2 tone that really looked better than I expected. All the work was done very professionally and I have referred Enchant to other friends since I had such a great experience.

The Enchant Management crew installed a full set of new windows and doors in my 50yr old home. Extremely happy with the whole job and how it turned out. Highly recommend this company for your window and door needs.

After much frustration of dealing with multiple Contractor's quotes and suggestions, I was referred to Dan Walker at Enchant Management. He was able to meet and accomidate my schedule and was quite thorough in his review of the scope of work. He identified at least 4 items that others had not and was clear in his explanation on why it would not be advisable to proceed with a couple of suggestions from other quotes( ie. work not necessary and no return on investment). We settled on the scope and he provided me with a comprehensible quote and schedule. Work proceeded in a timely manner and the crew was professional, polite and most of all kept my property clean and showed respect for my family. It has been almost 2 years and there have been no deficiencies to the scope and I am not only very satisfied with the job well done but would recommend Enchant Management to any and everyone.

Highly recommended. This spring has been stress free now that the basement is fixed (first time in 9 years). Excellent work. Really good job in cleaning up the site. Enchant had to remove really old and badly constructed deck material and boardwalk. They had terrific ideas on ways to cut cost, where possible. At the end of the project, we now have a back yard that is "zen" like and peaceful! Absolutely professional, friendly and particular with their work. Very diligent, reliable and extremely trustworthy. Would definitely recommend to anyone for exterior and/or interior work.

While we had a good plan in mind for our new deck, Dan Walker's suggestions made the venture hugely better. His ideas for design and final touches were excellent. Dan built the deck in such a way that it will last forever. It is beautiful and functional at the same time. His workmanship and attention to detail have made our deck the envy of many neighbors. Dan Walker owns and operates this Calgary construction and renovation company. Dan is very much hands on and clearly has the respect of his crew who explain what they are doing and why. Disruption, while unavoidable was kept to a minimum and my wife and I were kept informed of progress,and delays and corrective action, at all times. Before being awarded the contract Dan reviewed various solutions and costs with us. The job was completed as fast as we could expect it to be done. The price quoted was the cost billed. There were no surprises and I noted that Enchant completed some additional work while the walls were apart that brought our property up to code where it had been deficient prior to commencement of work. eg vapour barriers were improved in areas not under construction and exterior power outlet replaced with a GFI. I would not hesitate to engage this very professional company in the future should I need repair or renovation.
