Great customer service. Confirmed no significant mould.

We were concerned about possible mold in our cold room. Gregg responded quickly and determined we did not have mold. He gave us comprehensive instructions for how to upgrade the cold room to avoid future problems. I really appreciate that he responded quickly to my e-mail with follow-up questions. Gregg visited for an hour -- it was time and money well spent for us.

We bought a new home and hired Gregg to do an air quality test for the entire home, which took about 7 samples. Fortunately, our home pass the test. Gregg was professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He never attempted to upsell you for services you don't require. After the service was complete I had a few follow up questions and he still made himself available to address any inquiries.

We have used Mold.ca twice now. The first time we had water in a closet that came from a bathroom. Gregg assured us that the resulting mold contamination did not require his certified experts and suggested a handyman. It was during the first visit that he invited us to contact him again if we ever needed to. A few months later, during heavy rains, the basement became wet with water appearing from multiple sources, including from behind the electrical panel. Gregg and his team worked with us at length to figure out how to address the leak without turning off power to the whole house. Gregg made trusted referrals to other trades as required. Gregg treats his clients and staff with respect, from ensuring that they have proper personal protective equipment to holidays/breaks. The attention to detail and professionalism runs through the entire team.

We discovered a leaking valve in a storage space, under the basement stairs. Some mold was present and we werent sure how to get rid of it. Very happy that we decided to get a professional opinion from Mold.ca. Gregg did an inspection within 1 day of contacting them. He confirmed that the mold was in a small isolated space and had not spread further. He provided advice on how we could do the clean-up ourselves, including the products to purchase. We were impressed with Greggs knowledge and professionalism.

I am looking to do a renovation of my basement. Gregg was able to come to my home within a week of request and we reviewed the current condition of the basement, next steps to take before beginning the renovation and rough costs of the renovation. I liked that he recommended that I get my previously used architect involved, and also recommended I review windows as those have a long lead time.
