Awesome experience, quick response via email (which many HomeStar vendors seem to have difficulty with) to setup appointment, repair completed within scheduled time along with additional fine tuning to ensure my garage door opener functioned correctly. Highly recommended vendor.

Our garage door was damaged due to a car sliding down into it due to the ice. I was convinced that we would need a new door but Mike arrived and was able to fix the door so that it is fully functioning. He also replaced the cables that were fraying. I will definitely call again when we need garage door maintenance.

My garage door wasn't opening smoothly and I contacted few garage door repair companies. All those companies could not figure out what was wrong. For another try, I gave Easy Flip a call and they were there on the next available date to fix the matter properly.

I had a very bad experience with another garage door company, so this time I consulted Homestars. Mike from Easyflip was the first person to call me back. I am so very pleased with the service I received from him and his staff. He was honest, upfront and knowledgeable. I would recommend Easy Flip to all my friends from now on. I scratched off the name on the sticker which the old company left on my garage door, and replaced it with EasyFlip!! Mike was punctual, reliable and the quality of his work was excellent!

I purchased 2 garage door openers for our new home and planned to install them myself - however, with all the things to be done with the new house, we decided to pay someone to install the GDO's. I found EasyFlip on Homestars and went with them due to the positive reviews. I don't recall the guy's name who came out to do the installation - but he was very prompt and courteous. He did a professional installation job and neatly ran and stapled all the wiring. He was done both GDO's in 2 hrs, including programming all the remotes, and keypads. I deducted a point only because there were some little bits of wiring and packaging left on the garage floor after the job was completed...not a big deal. I would use them again in a heartbeat - and recommend them to my friends.

Left a message on Sunday for a quote (they were closed). Still got a call back on Sunday afternoon and made an appointment for next day. Arrived on time! Very professional! Brought the necessary equipment including extra wire since there wasn't enough in my box (from Rona) as well as brackets for the high ceiling. Showed me everything including maintenance suggestions. Programmed everything. Tested everything. Two doors done in 2.5 hrs. Thanks Mike. Truly satisfied and would recommend to all.

Same as with some of the previous poster's reviews, Easy Flip and Mike were a pleasure to work with. Fast response, on time, explained in full detail, helpful recommendations leaving decisions up to me with no pressure. Very happy I called and chose to use them. I highly recommend them; where some of the other outfits I called either refused to come (saying my work was cosmetic) or had minimum charge rates that ended up being more than EasyFlip's flat rate plus parts combined! This was the second company that I had called. The first one I had found on craigslist. They said that they were busy but that they would get back to me in one or two weeks to get the job done. 3 weeks later, i still had not heard from them. So I turned to Homestars(as I should have done in the first place). I described the work that I wanted done(garage door servicing and a new opener installation). I was able to source lots of info from the Easy Flip website which I found very useful. We set an appointment for the next day. Mike the service technician showed up early the next day to do the work. He immediately told me that he could fix the opener, however I preferred to replace the old girl for a newer and quieter model. Mike set about his work quickly and efficiently. When he finished, he brought me up to speed on the new opener and the maintenance performed on the door. I would not hesitate to use Easy Flip Garage Doors Inc., and i would recommend them to anyone that asks.
