We were on a very tight timeline and Todd was able to complete our project on time. He was very helpful with product selection and the price was competitive. We are extremely pleased with the result and will definitely be calling him again when we do our kitchen reno.

We were so glad to have found Todd's business: Masterpiece Hardwood! He was recommended to us and now we know why!Todd was very knowledgeable about the various hardwood products, and helped us choose one, of which we are estatic about!Todd showed integrity in his quote for the cost of materials and labour. He was also honest and realistic when he informed us about the amount of dust that would be created from the tile removal.He did his best to clean it up! Todd installed the hardwood on our main level,except the laundry room, so approximately 1400 sq. feet, plus the stairs to the basement.Even though Todd didn't quite finish in his estimated time, he was professional by informing us as to why, and returned in a timely manner to complete the job.He made sure that everything was completed to his and our satisfaction.Besides such a good work ethic, Todd demonstrates a friendly, pleasant personality to complement it!Thank-you so muchTodd! Todd installed maple hardwwood on the main floor of our home in July, 2012. He was very easy to talk with and always very professional. He took the time to explain the different types of hardwood and options we could go with which he is very knowledgeable about. He happily answered our many questions. At the time of installation, Todd made us aware of a problem with our wood which he informed us of right away. He was very honest and up front with us and dealt with the company to have the problem solved for us. In the end we ended up with a product that we are very happy with. Todd is very conscientious and did an excellent job on the installation which included 11 stairs. He was also very good about cleaning up the work area at the end of each day. He also kept to the quote that he gave at the start. He really went out of his way to make sure that we were happy with everything and was very pleasant to work with. Todd did a fantastic job! We had a flooring company come in a do our main floor and stairs. The nosings did not compliment the flooding at all as they were two completely different colors. The owner of the company wanted his money for the flooring and gave up on stairs as he could not do the job. That's when we contacted Todd. Most contractors do not want to get involved in other contractors issues especially when things have gone wrong. We just would like to say that Todd was just the opposite, he return our e mail promptly over a weekend. Came to our house to look at the mess we were left with and gave us some solutions. We would like people to know that there are many companies out there that just want to make money and have absolutely no customer service anf he one we were dealing with and others like Tood who have outstanding customer service. Thank you once again for helping us out, we will be sure to let our friends know about your company and will be sure to use you on our next job.

We called Todd based on a recommendation we had received. He came to our house to do a measrement, and at that point we had not purchased hardwood, but did have a discussion with him as to the product we were considering. After much discssion with him, we chose an alternate wood. Thanks to his knowledge and information we are glad we made the change. Once we had purchased, we arranged an installation date, and Todd showed up right on time. He was promt and between him and his crew the installation was completed exactly as planned. The site was kept clean and the quality of the workmanship is excellent! It all looks great! We will be sure to recommend Todd at every opportunity. Todd is very professional. He arrived on time, did the work quickly, efficiently and with a minimum of disruption. He kept the dust & noise to a minimum and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. He takes pride in his work and is very meticulous. I have had many, many different contractors over the years so I know a good contractor from a bad one! This was our first major renovation and we found that Todd's professionalism and depth of knowledge really made it a pain-free and easy process. Todd provided an extremely well made product in his hardwood flooring. In comparison to the other providers that we shopped around with, his flooring was both of high quality and decently priced. The installation of such hardwood also went off without a hitch. It was installed professionally and with minimal hassle. Todd also managed to keep our home very clean throughout the multi-day process.
