Andy is by far one of the most professional, accountable, timely and friendly contractors i have ever met. Not to mention he offers phenomenal value and workmanship in what he does. We are thoroughly happy with his service and would HIGHLY RECCOMEND Andy to anyone. We found Andy through homestars some time ago and he immediately came by to assess what we needed (new flooring in our basement, which had previously been damaged by water). Andy provided us with a quote right away and left us with samples and all the details and options of what we could do. As we didnt know Andy, we naturally called around to get various quotes. Others were offering less than what Andy was offering and wanted to charge more. We knew Andy was the right contractor because when assessing the job, he demonstrated that he DOES NOT CUT CORNERS- we respected this most. Andy ended up replacing our entire basement floors and added carpet onto our staircases. He did an amazing job and was on time. We were both not home while he was working, but he provided us ongoing updates and pictures of what he was doing, including showing us the various materials and layers he was putting underneath the floor to protect the flooring from future damage. Andy was responsive throughout, answering all questions, concerns and just making us feel more than comfortable throughout. Best of all, Andy didnt ask us for money upfront. He ensured he could finish the job first and wanted to make sure we were happy with it. I have never heard of someone to do that and it just shows the level of confidence Andy has in his work. Our floors are beautiful, the carpet is amazing. I would call Andy back in a heart beat and hope he can do some work at my fathers home soon. We got a quote from a number of companies on Homestars. Andy was the most reasonable, responsive and patient. He had great ideas and we ended refinishing two floors and our staircase. Fantastic job at a reasonable price.

Andy did a phenomenal job both on both providing me the options for the work and the work itself. It was a one day job completed within the week of my accepting his services. He followed all my small requests without issue and was cleaned up and complete in the time he had anticipated. Great work and would definitely recommend for future projects.

Andy did an amazing job! We couldn't be happier. What I loved most was how quickly the work was done. We had Andy in for a quote and the work commenced two days later!! After the work was done on our main floor and upstair, we decided to bring back Andy for our basement. This time Andy was back THE NEXT DAY to complete the basement.

Andy and his crew did a fabulous job installing laminate flooring in my livingroom/dining area as well as carpet installation on my stairs with such perfection. Andy is polite, punctual and very professional who knows what he is doing and he explained the procedures before he started. I was so hesitant as I had bad experiences with other contractors prior to meeting Andy. His work is amazing and so detailed and he took the time for some little extras that were not quoted in the price but performed to add that special touch to the job.
I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest contractor who takes pride in his work. The job will be done right .

Hi all,

We hired Andy to remove an old carpet and install a new one in our townhouse (ca. 1000sq.ft). And, that was very important we asked him to fix the steps that were making squeaking noise.
The results are perfect:
He fixed all the stair steps, now there is no squeaking noise any more!
His advice on selection of carpet and underpad - exceeded my expectations.

And I am also very surprised how speedy he was - it took about 8 hours to complete the job.
