Based on some of these and other good reviews I contacted Kal by phone one night, sent him some photos for a quote and had him in within four days to fix more than 5 spots where my cat had clawed gaps into the carpet on the stairs or doorways. The work is exceptional and Kal has a wonderful professional manner.

Our carpet needed to be stretched and, not knowing who to call, we searched the net and, luckily, found the best!
Kal showed up for his appointment ten minutes early and we immediately knew we were in good hands. His friendly and outgoing nature was only exceeded by the quality of his workmanship. Thanks to his knowledge and experience, our carpet looks like new (actually better than the original installation).

Three days before I was going to list my house for sale, my dog decided it would be a great idea to dig a hole in my carpet.
I immediately called the company that installed said carpet, explained the problem (a twoonie sized hole), and was told I needed to replace my entire carpet. Seriously.
I had no idea what I was going to do, and pretty stressed out, so I started googling and came across Kal.
He answered my 8pm phone call and listened to my dilemma. He laughed at the other recommendation, and said he could fix it no problem. Kal was extremely flexible, able to schedule me in right away at time that fit around my schedule.

When he arrived, he was professional and courteous. He went right to work, and before I knew it, he was done. When I came back into the room, you could never tell there was a hole... it was unbelievable.

Just had Karl do the carpet re-stretching in our dining room; and he did it perfectly. A friendly person, who explained why the carpet developed the stretch mark (ripple) and how he was going to fix it. In a very short time, all was completed and it looks like new!! The service Carpet Expert provided was 2nd to none. On a Sat. afternoon I called someone actually answered and shown up to check the carpet I urgently need it to be fixed for a home inspection appointed by a serious buyer.
When he finished the repair on the following day, Sunday, I was speechless, the carpet looked new, as if nothing ever happened to it. The wood colour mark on the carpet for which the top carpet cleaner I spent over $200 for had no way to remove; Carpet Expert made them all disappeared.

Our dog ate a hole in the rec room carpet and the carpet was dirty and had stains all over it. Since we are getting ready to sell our house, we needed quick and reliable service. Kal was able to come in within 5 days to do the work, he was prompt on the scheduled day, and was very friendly and personable. He was able to get all the stains out and fixed the hole. The carpet now looks amazing and we can sell our house knowing that our basement looks great.

Had Kal over to do some work on my home. I needed a really poorly installed carpet on the top floored stretched and fixed, as well as a big nasty stain on the carpet in the basement removed, that I wasn't at all sure would be cleanable. In the end, Kal came in and did a great job with quality and fast work for a price I appreciated. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing carpet work done.

When I first saw the finished product, I said "Holly Sh*t !!", how did you do that...
It was a tough job. I had moved a wall, exposing about a 3 ft stripe in a "T". that was now in the center of my "home theatre room" and by the position it stood out like a sore thumb. When I called Kal, the critical information he requested was did I have enough Carpet to cover the space. (I exaggerated).
Kal came in, and with very small pieces of carpet, was able to weave it so it looks seamless. Unbelievable. Fast (a couple of hours). Neat. (no mess). Friendly.
