We recently had the misfortune of enduring a sewer back-up in the finished basement of our home in Mississauga. PuroClean Oakville was referred to us by our State Farm Agent. Joel Nelson and his crew were very professional, arriving on time, completing the work as quoted and leaving our home in the same clean, tidy condition that they found it. The work involved use of heavy, noisy equipment but the disruption in our home was kept to a minimum. The containment that was provided ensured that the house stayed clean and free of contamination. The end result was spotless, mould-free attic walls and floor which easily passed the environmental spore-count tests done after the work was completed. Joel has also taken the time to follow up with us on several occasions to ensure that we were satisfied with the work that was done. We would definitely recommend this company.

We came across some mold in our basement while cleaning a flood. Turns out the problem had been ongoing. The condo manager said "just clean it with bleach". When talking to Joel Nelson from PuroClean I asked him if this was a correct way to solve the problem. He let us know that bleach doesn't get rid of mold. It needs to be cut out. He came over to look at it and took care of cutting out the mold and disposing it. Afterwards he sprayed a product that was natural and not chemical. We have two children who enjoy playing in the basement and now I can rest knowing the problem has been removed (and the origins of water seepage has also been corrected). I called a few places and PuroClean had the most reasonable price. Joel was very friendly and let us know what was going on! Thanks!
