I replaced my front door last fall and the door never close properly since. For the start the door did not stay closed and was installed wrong. I keep calling for adjusting this door but they never came back. The rubber at the bottom of the door broke during winter and the door froze also. I called again for help but never came. I really disappointed with this installation.

Our home is 23 years old, It had 22 wood casement plus 4 octagonal windows and a steel front door with sidelights and elliptical transom in need of replacement. My wife and I researched what products were out there and decided on vinyl casement windows and fiberglass entry door unit. I put a bid spec together and captured all of the key components that we decided were important to us. We narrowed the field to three companies that we felt could meet our requirements. It was important to us to have a manufacturer / installer to ensure the best warranty. Daniel was the Pioneer Windows and Doors sales representative and he came to our house in order to gather additional information to put together their bid. After meeting with Daniel and reviewing their product samples my wife and I both knew we wanted to work with Pioneer. The door offering in particular was superior to anything we had seen. Daniel worked with us on price and we began what was to be a model project. We viewed the door factory and became even more enthused about the Pioneer door product. They custom designed a wrought iron elliptical transom to go with sidelights we were able to select from a catalogue. Leon the foreman for our job came to our home and performed detailed measurements on each window as well as made a template for the elliptical transom. With details in place we scheduled an installation week. We received a confirmation call the day before Pioneer were to arrive on site informing us when to expect them within a 2 hour window. Leon and crew arrived right on schedule and began immediately. Care was taken to remove the casing from each window unit to be removed and drop sheets were used to collect splinters. Within 3 days all 26 windows and the new door unit were installed, sealed to the house with expandable foam, expertly caulked, the casing was installed & nails wood filled, construction dirt was vacuumed up and old windows and doors units were removed from site. As we have gone back and painted the extension and casing on each window, installed new window treatments in many cases - and put the rooms back in order – we have to say that we are delighted with the quality of the product and installation of Pioneer Windows and doors and we would recommend them without hesitation to anyone.

The whole process was painless, and they PW&D team was very professional. The sales staff were knowledgeable, and the installers were professional as well. I replaced 3 basement windows, and the whole install process took less than 30 minutes. The windows were quality products and the installation was top notch as well. Very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this company.

Jeff provided us with the lowest quote.As it was the first time we worked with Pioneer we were not sure waht to expect. However they came in as scheduled and worked at a rapid pace. staff were courteous and polite. The only hitch was that while installing the windows one broke. Leon was very applogetic and said he would get a replacement organised the same day. It took an extra 3 hours but he came back with the replacement and installed the windows the same day.We were very satisfied with the job done and would recommend the company to anybody based on our experiance..

I contacted Pioneer because of their excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau. I was so happy with their fine work and professional manner that I later phoned them for a sliding glass door and a security front door.

We brought various door companies to give us a quote on replacing our front door and when the sales person for Pioneer came, we knew we found the right company for us. The sales person was extremely knowledgable about the product, helped us with design ideas and there was no pressure to sign a contract. The installation team was very professional, polite, tidy and on time. The door was ready and installed exactly when they said it would be. I highly recommend Pioneer Windows & Doors!!
