Kevin and Garrett did a fantastic job.From the first time we met with them they were knowledgeable courteous and overall made a great first impression. We did a complete basement renovation adding 4 bedrooms,washroom with tiled floors and a large tiled shower, sitting room with fireplace and an entertainment unit that Kevin built from a picture I showed him and installed hardwood flooring they also did all the painting.We also renovated an existing deck and added a smaller deck they installed a glass railing system and 2 sets of stairs. Kevin and Garrett's work ethics are second to none the workplace is always neat they are a pleasure to have in your home.We wish them continued success. You won't be dissapointed if you hire MacMillan Homes.

My dad and I have slowly been finishing our basement as a weekend project (approx 1000 square feet). We got as far as hanging drywall before we decided that we needed a pro to do our mudding and taping for us. The entire basement needed to be done, including the entire ceiling which involved multiple bulkheads. Garrett and Kevin came in and gave us a good quote and an estimated time for completion which we were quite happy with. They did a fantastic job for us, we could not have been happier. The work was done on time and right on budget. In addition, the work area was always kept very clean and we had little to no dust in our house throughout the project. We have already recommended MacMillan Homes to others and will use them again for any future projects we decide to take on.

We bought an old, seasonal, somewhat rundown cottage and spent a summer there before deciding to build a 4 season cottage, with more space. We had a design drawn up and approached three contractors for quotes. Kevin's quote was competitive and we liked his straight forward, honest approach, so hired him. He was great! Tore the old place down in September, and the new place was far enough along that we were able to go up there at Christmas. All work was of high quality and we didn't have to ask that anything be changed or redone - and we were at a distance, only checking once a month or so to see the progress. All work was done to the specification and the one change from the plans that we did, was at Kevin's suggestion, and the suggestion worked out much better than the original plan would have. We have renovated and added on to three houses and we have never had things go so smoothly. We were very impressed. Kevin's work has stood the test of time and we will have him quote on some renovations we are doing to our city home.

We added 110 sq ft to the front of our home. Kevin discovered some dismaying issues, identified the most affordable and structurally sound way to bring us up to code. His knowledge in construction was essential when these unexpected 'surprises' were discoverd. Our new living room has ample room for our boys to play and the space in the basement expanded a small bedroom to be a nice play area.

MacMillan Homes built an open concept, 5000 square foot home for me in 1984. This was a very difficult house to build and they did an excellent job. In 2010 they did renovations on my Orangeville home and again the job was excellent.

My husband and I needed our main floor bathroom totally gutted and re-modeled we called around to get a few different quotes and the other company's either didn't return our calls or were to expensive! We heard alot of great comments regarding MacMillan Homes so we hired them to do the job !!!! WELL let me tell ya we are soooo happy with the magnificent work that was done... Garrett was very punctual, tidy always always cleaned up his mess, took all of the old drywall and rotten wood to the dump, pick-up all the supplies needed for the job at the building centre. Excellent workmanship and very percise with all of his aspects of the job. Our new bathroom was totally completed on schedule. And looks absolutely beautiful !! Furthermore we've had absolutely zero problems!!!! We would highly recomend this company for any of your home renovations !!! All we have to say is THANK YOU MACMILLAN HOMES THANK YOU !!!!!
