Great Company for Windows and Professional Installation
Paul is both very professional and personable. He quoted us on window installation for our entire house. We found he was extremely knowledgable about the product and the process. It was clear he has had a depth of experience in his chosen work. We found his pricing very competitive, fair and beyond that we have found Paul to be extremely honest and reliable. His installer was highly experienced and efficient. The job was completed as scheduled and clean-up was thorough. We are extremely happy with the final outcome. All the windows look magnificent, enhancing the look of our home. It is without hesitation that we highly recommend Paul and Creative Distinction Windows and Doors.

Windows
Paul and his team were excellent. They answered all of our questions, gave us their opinion when needed and completed the job with attention to every detail from start to finish. Our windows look even better than we expected. We would definitely recommend Creative Distinction Windows and Doors to others.

Replaced All Windows and Patio Door
Wish to thank Paul for all his efforts to complete this long overdue project (from our end). Paul took care of us from the get go. He told us exactly what to expect, when, and obviously the cost. Since we replaced our windows close to Christmas 2011, we were worried about timing. Rest assured, Paul came through with flying colours. The installers were very courteous and very professional. I couldn't believe how quickly the job was done. I highly recommend Creative Distinction Window and Doors. We had over 20 companies give us pricing over the last couple of years and I was very impressed with the performance rating of the windows (Energy Star), the detailing and the overall look.

windows and doors
After interviewing and obtaining quotes from ten various window and door companies I selected Creative Distinctions to replace all the windows (15) and doors (3) on my forty-five year old home in North York. Although Creative Distinctions was not the lowest cost Paul came across as the most reliable and honest of all during our discussions. My hunch was correct, everything worked along a time schedule as originally forecasted and agreed upon. The windows arrived and the entire job completed by the installers in a clean and professional manner. Out of the entire project there was a glass error on two entry doors. However, in a professional manner, Paul was able to resolve the issue regardless of how or why it occurred in a timely manner leaving me completely satisfied. Should I have a need for further work of this type I would not hesitate to call Creative Distinctions again or recommend his services to friends or relatives in need. Robert Carnevale

New door
After renovating a lovely home, our contractor left us with a terrible door that wasn't what we had ordered. My quest in finding a door to complement our reno began. I chose Creative Distinction first and foremost for their professionalism. Mr. DiSivo was my point of contact and was up front and honest right from the beginning. He explained how his guys would install the door and frame and adhered to the time line and price he quoted, which were both reasonable for the quality of work and product I anticipated. Mr. DiSivo was also interested in my feedback as a customer. When they came to install the door, they barely left a speck of dust on my floor! Perfection!I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to replace a front door and I would certainly use them again if needed for any door/window related work.

Front Windows
It was time to get some new windows for the front of our house. After searching a bunch of companies on HomeStars and getting some quotes, we decided to go with Paul. The company is small and independent and we knew we were going to get good, personalized service. It took about 4 weeks from order to delivery, and Paul kept us in the loop the entire time. He showed up when he said he was going to show up and his team did a good job installing, and keeping everything tidy and clean during the job. When we replace the last couple windows on our house Paul and Creative Distinction will be top of our list.

Replaced Front Door
We searched for a company that would sell us good quallity door for the budget we had. Paul WAS the most knowlegeable sales person we met and gave us the quality and service we expected. Highly recommended!!!

new front doors
very honest, on time with the work and reliable. easy to communicate with and prices reasonable. came back to ensure work was done absolutely flawless. very good had called other for quote but vey high prices and did not explain the differences in the doors.

Replacement of Patio Doors
The Patio door to the garden was starting to leak (builder grade) Discussed situation with Paul from Creative Distinction who promply recommend a better then normal vinyl patio door that would satisfy all my needs. e.g. non leaking, provide proper "R" rating efficiency, look fabulous, last for 15-20 years. Installation crew arrived on time and proceeded with professionalism and above all neatness and consideration to the surroundings of my home. I would highly recommend dealing with Creative Distinction for future work with windows and doors. Ron D
