Lormac has the best window and door installers in Ontario. Ryan and Warren both provided excellent installation service once again; they, do not make a mess and leave your home as clean or better as when they started the job. The doors have increased the curb appeal for our house, and improved the insulation factor immensely. Ryan has completed 3 jobs now, including replacing all of our windows, and now 3 of our exterior doors. The owner, Lorne is freindly and easy to deal with and knows his business fully and is capable of answering all of your questions in detail. The office staff have always been pleasant to deal with and make sure that all warranties are registered for you. With products and service like this, no wonder Lormac is considered a superior company to all competitors.

This is the 5th installation we've had be Lormac. The installer, Richard, was meticulous, careful. neat and respectful. He did a superb job of the siding, windows and eaves troughs. We couldn't be more pleased. He was extremely careful working around the flower beds and bushes and tried hard not to damage anything. He made sure everything, including nails was cleaned up each day and when he left no one would know he'd been here. We would highly recommend him to anyone wanting work done.

Had the job done with a lifetime warenty. 5 years later all my corners leaked. Not covered. I would strongly recommend not using Lormac because they do not tell the truth about what is covered under warrenty.

Lormac prides itself with their service and their 30 thousand satisfied customers. Lormac does offer a lifetime transferable warranty but there are exclusions listed on our warranty. This is mailed out to our customers on completion of the renovation. It clearly states that eaves trough sealants are not warranted after 5 years as the product itself does not carry a warranty. The majority of trough leaks are due to cracked gutter seal or plugged troughs/downspouts. This does not fall under our workmanship warranty. This is the second renovation project for which we engaged Lormac. The first project was window replacement several years ago. The workmanship was excellent and we have had no issues with the windows. This satisfaction led us to recently engage Lormac to replace our eavestroughs, soffits and fascia. The workmanship by Will and his crew is amazing. We highly recommend Lormac to anyone.

we contacted LORMAC because we had a very ulgly leaky front door. We had used LORMAC for some windows before and had found them ok to deal with in the past. also when we had an issue they sent out someone right away. This time we orderd thru Dave the salesman and he was very helpful. after the 5 week estimate dilivary date laps I called and a nice lady at reception looked up our order, it hadn't been shipped but there was a truck coming. She called and confirmed our order was on the truck and contacted us to set up installation prior to Christmas. The installer was Very nice and did an absolutly beautiful job. He was also patient with all my questions as he worked. All and all we are very happy. Thanks LORMAC.

David the salesman was great. Our installation date was a week and a half past what they had suggested on our contract, which I was a bit disappointed with. I found the receptionist a bit rude when calling the office. Once the installation was started, the guys were fantastic. They went above and beyond what was called for. The front storm door was a difficult fit, and the guys took there time and made sure it was perfect before they left. They cleaned up any messes made. My doors look wonderful. Thank you Lormac for rushing to get everything done before Christmas.
