We found all of the staff to be very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. The existing door and windows were removed and the new ones installed in a very efficient manner with very little or no inconvenience to us. The workmanship is excellent and the prices are more than reasonable. The work areas were properly cleaned up on completion. Thank you for a job well done.

I had Lormac replace all my windows a number of years ago. They did a great job and had no issues. Called them again for Soffits and Faccia.. Once again they did a great job. Lorne is a pleasure to work with and he ensured the job was done to our satisfaction. Would hire Lormac again!

The Sales person included all items required for the project in the pricing. The installation was done within the time frame given and left my home very clean and took all the debris with him.

We recently had a new window installed in our family room. The installers did a great job and were very mannerly and cosiderate. The new window brightens the entire room. Lormac will be our first choice for any future changes that we need made in the house.

I had our entire home done about 3yrs ago to make it maintenance free. My main reason for going with Lormac was the warranty. Nobody offered the same lifetime warranty. The price was comparable and the materials used are of good quality. The job had some issues and took a while to complete. Lorne made sure that the job was completed as agreed. We then noticed a few areas that needed some attention, because we're very particular about our home. Lormac sent someone out to assess the work and a day later completed the work to our satisfaction! Thank you Lorne, Will and Kathie! It's important to have a job done right and at a fair price but it's more important to me when an issue arises and the company steps up to the plate by honouring their warranty without argument.

33 years ago we replaced the original windows with some of the best, then available, on the market. 33 years = a lot of improvement in technology. Now we have the best available again. I can go on forever about the windows; but, where Lormac always stands out is the installation process and subsequent clean-up - they are unsurpassed. I know from experience we had the best installer in the business and were glad to see him back for this job as he has previously been on site for at least 5 other jobs at our home. The best came our way once again. No issues with any aspect of the job - all rate a 10 out of 10 for me.

Door sems to be good,winter months wll tell the tale as the old door were not sealed well .Installer was very good and we are so far pleased with our new garden door

The installer was very polite and nice, and he did an amazing job! I have never seen a door installation go so smoothly and the finished product look seamless. The time it took from ordering the doors to the installation was longer than anticipated we waited almost 3 months for 2 doors. The sales man we initially dealt with was also very easy and nice to deal with (didn't feel pressured)
