I had an AC installed by this company 2 years ago with a 10 years parts and labour warranty. I had an issue this morning with the AC, and the gentleman on the phone indicated to me that even though I have a warranty and a contract with him, he refuses to service me, because the guy who installed this product is no longer with them. Even though I have a contract with his company he refuses to honour it. I have to now pay someone to come and look at it and then pay the labour and parts on my own when i originally paid for this with True Home Comfort. This is entirely unprofessional. If I had more time I would take these guys to small claims. They are not in integrity with their commitments. Its sad.

I booked a service with True Home Comfort in February of 2013. It was prepaid and Chris assured me that they would be coming sometime in March. They scheduled me 2 different times and then at the last minute cancelled because of emergencies. I was very understanding and was happy to reschedule but they didn't respond to my emails. When I recently (Sept and Oct 2013) emailed to see if they would still honour the commitment to come I received no response. I am very disappointed!! If I had known they wouldn't have been coming I could have gotten my money back through the company I booked with but they assured me they would be coming so the time to get a refund has passed and I can't get a refund and now have to pay another company to come. They seemed like honest guys when I talked to them on the phone but clearly they aren't.

I called Jason of True Home Comfort after reading all the great reviews here. It was a nice surprise to have a contractor who actually answers his phone! We were able to arrange for the job to be done two days after our conversation. Jason called on install day to say he was in the area and if it worked he could come by a half our before our scheduled time. Very professional, polite and accomodating! He finished the job in the amount of time he said it would take and then took the time to explain the operation of the unit. I would definitely recommend this company!

I met Jason and he explained different options about how to replace my a/c that died. Friendly, intelligent and professional and reasonably priced. He ordered the unit and the same day it arrived he and Chris came and installed it. Excellent service and I highly recommend them!

In the fall, we had Chris and Jason install our gas line for our new stove and BBQ, we were very happy with their work. They were able to set an installation date very quickly and there was hardly any clean up after they left. As spring approached we did not hesitate to call them back to install our air conditioning unit. Again we could not be more pleased with the service.

Needed Furnace Humidifier. Chris came on time, gave me the quote and few free advices. Showed up on time for the installation, everything works great. I have nothing but the best to say about the whole experience.

We had a terrible burning smell coming up from our heating vents..we had one HVAC man from another company come and told us it was likely a "warning smell" that our blower motor needed to be replaced. We called in True Home Comfort to do the work since we had hired them once before and loved them and I'm so thankful we did!! Within minutes of opening up the furnace to look around at everything and install the new blower motor they discovered the real problem was actually a circuit board that was totally melted and reeked of the plastic burning smell I had smelled! The other contractor didn't even notice it! It's so nice to have a company like these guys to call when you have such a serious problem...they were so fast at getting to us and solved our problems so efficiently. Highly, highly recommended!!!

Jason at True Home Comfort was a great help when we were looking to get a humidifier added to our furnace. He was very responsive and didn't try to over-sell us on anything. Their prices were the best and their service was amazing. From the first call to the install and great experience every step of the way! Thanks Jason and Chris!!

After having trouble scheduling with the company we had used previously, I found True Home Comfort on Home Stars. Jason called me back, and scheduled an appointment with me for later that week. He showed up on time, and worked quickly and efficiently. He made sure that our furnace was in good working order, and suggested things to consider in the future (duct cleaning, a new humidifier) without pushing these services/products. I will definitely use True Home Comfort again.
