Recently engaged Steven to build and install custom shelving/cabinetry in our living room, involving a fireplace mantle, various door styles and accommodations for a flatscreen TV. The installation and the end product were perfect.

We have recently hired Steven to built a window bench (in our kitchen) as well as a fireplace mantel (with build in bookcases) in our rec-room (basement). Steve did an outstanding job. He was meticulous, punctual, and neat. I was very impressed with his systematic approach to the design. He made suggestions with respect to both the design and finish and he delivered excellent results. I had two corner fireplace mantels built and Steven and his crew did a FANTASTIC job on both - they've totally changed the look of the fireplaces. Steven was referred to me by a friend who had hired Steven to build their living room custom cabinets (which I loved!). We've worked with multiple tradesmen for our fixer upper home and have often been disappointed by their service and quality of work. We had a flawless experience with this company from start to finish. Steven built our custom mantle and cabinets, which came out beautifully and perfect. He was very helpful with the entire process. We only had a vague idea what we wanted, and Steven helped us greatly in deciding what we want. He has excellent design skills and ideas as well, and is knowledgeable about the various design styles (e.g., traditional, transitional, modern, contemporary). He consulted with us as needed so we could figure out exactly what we wanted. He was very efficient with this, since he came to us with many examples on his ipad, and samples in his vehicle. This helped us immensely in specifying what we wanted, without stress and headache. Our experience with some other contractors is that they would either say to send them a picture of what we want since they "can do anything", or showed us ALL the possibilities, without any guidance. Steven was also very realistic with the timelines he presented, and completed the job in slightly less time than promised. Onsite, they were very considerate of our neighbours (who share our driveway) as well as my newborn who was often sleeping. They also draped the floor as needed, were very careful and respectful of our property, and cleaned up extremely well. We highly recommend this company and would use them again.

I must say the customer service and expert advice I received from Istvan was above and beyond. He guided me through the design process for the vision I had, and executed it with great detail and care. I will definitely be using him in the New Year for my next project.
