Peter did a fantastic job replacing the springs and tightened up the panels. Peter was also at my door inside of an hour on a long weekend. Crosstown installed a new garage door. Added features were it an insulated door, never paint again panels. We needed more security features and the company exceeded our needs by adding security features at the door opening, as well as an added key panel to lock the door. The door opener is very quiet and pulls the door up and down very quickly.

They explained all the different types and gave the pros and cons of each one. They let us make our own decision. The install was quick and professional and hauled away the old door afterwards. I would use them again.

The garage door was installed wonderfully and I could not believe how quite the door was compared to my old garage door. A couple of months later it started making squeeking noises and we called the company. They would come out immediately to fix the problem but then the noise would start up again the next month. I am very glad the company keeps sending a service man out to fix the problem but not sure if the noise will ever go away and they do not know for sure what the problem is.
