    Great Service for a Reasonable Price

    One of our garage door springs broke and the cables unwound with our car inside the garage. The technician came out the same day we called. As the appointment time approached, the company called us with his estimated time of arrival. The technician arrived on time, assessed the situation, told us that we likely had one spring too many (causing our door to be out of balance), removed the extra spring, and replaced the broken spring, repositioning the cables. The technician was efficient, polite, and answered all of our questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

    Replaced 2 Garage Door Springs and 1 New Garage Door Opener

    A technician was sent to our house on April 26, 2021 to replace 2 garage door springs and a new garage door opener. The technician was efficient, courteous, and very patient to expanded to us what he had done and how to use the new garage door opener. We will definitely use Crowfoot Cross Town Garage Door Services again in the future!!

    New opener

    I have used crowfoot and crosstown for almost 20 years. Mike installed a new opener and did a great job. He was not in a hurry which in turn ensures that everything will function properly. He also made sure the door was serviced properly, lubricating hinges, balancing the door and more. Hands down this company is very professional from management to the service crews.

    garage door service

    The circuit board died in the opener, so these guys (Mike) came and replaced the board and did general maintenance. Works great now; good as new. Been using these guys for about the past 10 years; always good quality service and knowledgeable, courteous technicians. Always recommended to my friends.

    Garage door opener. Their service is very prompt and fast. This is the third time I have had them service the garage door, it was the same very satisfactory service every time.

    This was the third time I had called Crosstown in the 20 years I have lived here. The service has always been prompt and satisfactory. I have recommended your company to friends in the past.

    Quick to respond and fixed issue immediately

    I called and they were at my house the next day. Easy to deal with and their costs were right within expectation. Highly recommended with great service and response times.

    Garage Door Tune Up

    Technician Mike replaced Key Pad as well as other worn parts. General tune up and service. Very pleased with work. On completion of work he cleaned up and disposed of trash in our Bins. I will continue to use and recommend this firm.

    Awesome Service!

    The left overhead spring was broken and the door wouldn’t go up. Mike came the day after I called and fixed it in less than an hour. Thank you once again!

    Replace Sprung on Garage Door

    This was the second time we had Crowfoot Garage Door to do work and both times the service was exceptional. The person on the phone was very friendly. They are prompt and reasonably priced. The fellow who installed it was also very knowledgeable and friendly. We have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so.

    Preventative Maintenance on a Garage Door

    We recently rrequested Crowfoot to replace the springs and cable on one of our doors which receives the most use. The service tech agreed that it was a good idea to replace the springs, given their age, but did not think it was worthwhile replacing the cable, since no rust was visible. He did, however, suggest replacing the main shaft and 3 bearings along with the rollers, which now have sealed bearings We also had an outside keyboard installed. We are extremely satisfied with the work
