Kim and his team are awesome! Right from booking, to the 2 men loading the container box and now I have booked them to come back and empty the container! I highly recommend Impact Zone - you will love how seamless your move will be.

Kim and his crew at Impact Zone were exceptional Team was professional hardworking friendly gentleman providing excellent customer service. IMO went over and above to ensure my stressful move went as smoothly as possible, was cost efficient and they paid close attention to respect both homes removing items from one location to the next. The truck was huge and clean. I would highly recommend this company and this team to anyone.

Move team Shane and Youness from Zone Impact showed up on time and did a stellar job packing our belongings into a storage container. It was tetrissed so tight a fly could not get in that container. They kept us apprised all day of the status of the load so we were able to pivot to a secondary solution when some items just could not be included. I most definitely would not hesitate to recommend these guys and would certainly use them again.

The team moved my STTNG Pinball Machine from my garage into the basement navigating a tight 90 degree turn in the basement stairs. As always they were on time, efficient and very professional. I highly recommend Impact Zone for anything that you need moved.

Found them on this site in 2013, and they were so great we recommend them to all friends and family. We have now used them for my moms downsizing and our daughter moving out on her own as the pandemic waned in 2020. Daughter has now found a bigger place and we will be hiring them again. The care they take with both your belongings and with COVID protocols was fantastic - highly recommended.

I've had an awful experience hiring movers in the past, but heard about Impact Zone from a family member that has used them multiple times, so I figured I'd give them a shot. They arrived exactly on time, moved quickly, cared for all of our items, and didn't damage a single thing, including the hallways and walls in both buildings. Kim is a rockstar, and I'll be hiring them again in the future.

Absolutely delighted with the level of service and professionalism. The guys were prompt and efficient, and not only helped to disassemble all the beds but then helped reassemble again in the new house. Very friendly and personable too.
