Called Max on short notice. I had a new stove sitting in my kitchen, and the contractor I had booked to install it did not show up AGAIN. It was Wednesday, and I had 75 people coming to a party on Saturday - with an extra stove in the kitchen. Max quoted on the job SIGHT UNSEEN - based on a few pictures I took on my Iphone. He came, did the job, drank his wine after toasting my health. What more can you ask?

Mark responded to our stress call as our furnace humidifier was leaking throughout the basement floor. He returned our call immediately and came the same day on time, he was able to identify the problem and had to return the following night with the proper replacement parts. The problem was resolved and the humidifier stop leaking, Max was humble, friendly and professional, before leaving he offered warranty on the work done. I must write this because a good tradesman is a gem to find. Now I know who to call for all my heating, air conditioning and hot water tank repairs and installs. Max is the owner of his own company - Aire Max Heating and Cooling and does the job as if he was doing it for his own place. On Dec 23 my house was getting cold and my furnace did not start. We had overnite guests coming from out of town on Christmas. This was an emergency. Not knowing who to call I called another heating company and a Renaldo arrived who looked at my furnace and within minutes I was told that I needed a new furnace and it would be expensive and it could be done no sooner than 4 days. Fortunately I found Aire Max. Max arrived and spent 2 hours diagnosing the problem. Next day I was offered a choice to repair or replace the furnace on time. Max sourced a 92% efficiency furnace for a reasonable price. He arrived with his assistant. The old furnace was removed and the new furnace installed – very professionally indeed. All this on the same day! Max also pointed out that my A/C coil was dripping water into the furnace area below. This was fixed for a small charge without delaying the installation. Thank goodness for Max who completed the job on time and cleaned up nicely. The cost was very reasonable. Everyone was merry.
