Furnace and AC install - I also had both the furnace and AC replaced by Brian and his team two years ago. Brians installs high quality american standard stuff at competitive prices and really knows what he is doing. He was great at explaning things to me and doing an excellent and clean instalation. I would highly recommend Brian and his crew to anyone looking for a new AC or furnace. I was referred to Brian regarding the Group Buy on RedFlagDeals. After having spoken to many AC companies on the phone and at the National Home Show. Everyone told that I needed a 3 ton AC unit based on the square footage of my house. But Brian actually took the time to qualify me and ask me what my expectations were for my ideal home temperature during the hottest days of the summer. After this conversation, he recommended that I go with a 3.5 ton AC unit based on my requirements. This was totally refreshing to see as I was expecting the classic "Cookie Cutter" sales pitch. Brian even recommended a 5 inch media filter because he discovered during our conversation that my wife has bad allergies. The installation went very well. Paul and Demetri were both courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Afer my AC install, I had a question regarding the Lennox XC14 and my HRV VanEE unit and Brian called me back right away and he helped me solve the issue. All in all, I am very impressed with Brian and his team from the beginning to the end.

I am extremely satisfied with the courteous and professional services provided by Brian (the owner) and his installation team lead by Paul. Prior to hiring Stouffville Home & Comfort to replace my HVAC system (furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, air cleaner, thermostat and chimney reline that was required to maintain the existing gas fired water heater), I read other reviews on Homestars and consulted with a previous customer. I was very pleased to see that they lived up to their reputation. The crew arrived at the allocated time of 9:30am and removed the old system, installed and tested the new system and left a clean worksite by 4:15 that afternoon.

Through redflagdeals we came across a group buy on Lennox A/C. Since our furnace was quite old, we decided to replace it along with a new A/C, HRV and humidifier. Brian was a very nice guy to work with and his crew provided an excellent service. Highly recommend them to anyone.

I first got in touch Brian through the redflagdeals website, and he advised me that he was organizing a group buy. After coming to my house and doing a thorough inspection, he walked me through what his plans were, and it made sense to me. He was very knowledgeable and professional both during the initial consultation and installation. He and two others on his crew came to my house from 9am to 6pm and removed my existing furnace, AC, and hot water tank, and replaced them with new ones. The extra holes he had to drill outside my house weren't too big and were neatly sealed. He also made it easy to apply to all of the rebates I was eligible for. Overall I am very happy with the service he provided, including recommendations, installation and cleanup.

Installed new Furnace, A/C, Heat Recovery Ventilator & Thermostat. All work was professionally completed on time and on budget. Excellent workmanship which was performed correctly the FIRST time (which isn't always the case in today's world). Booked the job through a redflagdeals online group purchase. Within 2 weeks Brian's team was on site and within 3 hours I had my AC installed. All pipes were laid cleanly and thoughtfully. The gentleman did a fantastic job and I look forward to using Stouffville H&C for my next house also!

Brian did a great install of new furnace last year,however when asked to to do yearly inspection,no show just excuses.very poor follow up.Be sure the people who do your job will to attentive to after service Brian, did show and corrected his over sight, and says he will be prompt for next years service. So I will put him at anew rating,one i originally wanted to give the company.

We decided shortly before Christmas to install a new gas fire where our TV was located and move the TV to a wall mounting above the new fire. We had not anticipated that the work could be done before Christmas but Syouffville Home and Comfort assured us it could be done. They installed the new fire on time and helped progress the cabinetry company to complete all the cabinetry also on time,. The total cost was just under $ 10,000 and we were completely satisfied with every thing
