An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. I was referred to Diverse Flooring ; so I decided to search them out on the internet, Diverse seemed to have a good reputation. That is when I decided to visit the store. I was greeted when arrived at the store and asked how may we help you. I was consulted on my needs and requirements, I was happy with Diverse Floorings consultation, offerings and arranged for a measure. The estimator came out to my home and was very up front, no hidden surprises, I found this to be very refreshing. I was very pleased with the availability of the my sales rep for questions and answers, always willing to help. Diverse Floorings contractor was not only very pleasant to work with, but he took great care in my home and was very attentive to the fine details of my installation, further he was very punctual. I would most defiantly use Diverse Flooring on future projects as well have no hesitation in referring Diverse Flooring.
