Nature's Keeper lawncare and Maintenance

Operator of this business started out at about 75 percent attendance rate and gradually fell to )5 near the end of the year. Currently I have been without service for 5 weeks. I have not had fall fertilizer done and have not had top dressing and overseeding completed. As well as not showing up, operator will not return phone calls.

We hired Nature's Keeper services for lawn maintenance and spring cleaning and the exact thing happened to me except he never showed up, never came at all and we paid him for the year. BIG BIG MISTAKE !!!!

After signing a contract for a "full" Service Lawn Maintenance Nature's Keeper failed to provide over 75% of the services that were in a signed Agreement. The constant promises by the Owner to provide the contacted services were never fulfilled. I sent my complaint to the Ministry of Consumer Affairs and after sending him two letters and telephone calls they gave up trying to resolve the issue. I know of at least three other customers that also did not receive the services they had contracted with Natures Keeper.
