Renocon provides a full service renovation service including consultation and retail showroom. They are professional, efficient and do quality work . They visited our home a number of times prior to our order and were very helpful.

I have to give this company a perfect score as we are very happy about their work. 1st, price is good, they tried to choose most value hardwood instead of break our banks. 2nd, their work is professional and high standard. 3rdly, it was delivered timely. I strongly recommand this company to anyone if you need floor installation.

Overall, I am pretty disappointed with this company. The project manager I was working with was very professional but the contractors were a different story. There was also a few miscommunication incidences. The contractors installed the bamboo flooring decently, and then replaced the baseboards by ripping off the old ones and just nailing on the new ones. They claimed project completion when there were still noticeable gaps between the baseboards and the wall. They also missed a section in the bathroom. I had to contact the company to get the contractors to come back to do the bathroom section as well as caulk the baseboards properly. They were impatient with me when I pointed out the various places that needed touch-ups. And after they left, I noticed large gaps under the newly-installed window ledges. It looked like they had broken off various pieces during the removal and didn't patch them up before attaching the new ledge; I had to patch them up myself. The rest of my renovation plans had to be pushed back more than one week due to waiting for this project to be complete. This is not what I expect from a hired professional renovation company. I would not recommend this company.

When I decided to turn my carpet floors into wooden floors, this location was a great place to start. They did an amazing job with guiding us through the process and giving us expert advice on how to choose the right texture and colour using samples and example images. They were a little behind schedule, but it was worth it because the house looked great afterwards! I highly recommend their professional quality of work!

IInstalled hardwood in a 2 level condo inclluding the stairs. TWe shopped aroiund and they gave us the best price and accommodated our schedule. On time, exact price and excellent installation. Would defintley use agian.
