Parker Dean | Plumbing Done Right No Longer In Business

Our toilet blocked which couldn't be unblocked this time so I found ParkerDean on this website. I called their office and had a call back within an hour after they initially assessed how urgently I needed assistance. I spoke to James (their manager) who was super helpful and we arranged for one of their plumbers to come 2 days later. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was very polite, friendly and helpful. Within an hour he had unblocked the toilet, fixed the chain so it flushed better and replaced the valve on the stop tap for the toilet. Came to $218 inc. tax. Very happy with the service and I highly recommended.

We needed a new water tank installed and some poorly installed (by the previous homeowners) plumbing work rectified. James provided a very reasonable quote for all the work and everything was completed on time and on budget. James also discovered a couple of other potential problems while he was inspecting the plumbing in our basement and took care of them at the same time - at no extra charge!

Parker Dean was professional and thorough in solving a difficult water supply problem to our old house. There was a mid yard leak in the household water supply requiring locating, dig up and replacement of supply line. They were also timely as well providing excellent cleanup.
