Several people I know that work for professional home builders told me that the drypack method was best for laying tiles (most tilers choose the cheaper and lower quality cement board option). Mario was able to do a professional job and a relatively low cost compared to other people using drypack. 24" x 24" is extremely hard for most tilers to lay (some told me that they could not take the job because they were uncomfortable due to lack of experience). I could tell when I met the guys from precision that they knew exactly what they were doing so I trusted them. My trust paid off as the floor looks amazing.

I found Mario after getting quotes from number of contractors. The quotes were in the same ballpark but none of the other contractors was using drypack as Mario did. He explained how this method will ensure that the floor will be perfectly flat. This is especially important because I chose 17.5" rectified edge porcelain tile and wanted a tight joint. Mario and Tony did an excellent job. All lines are straight, floor is flat. This is the second time I hired Mario to install tiles.

We were so happy with the finished work and get so many compliments, that we told our original contractor we wanted Mario and Tony to install our backsplash! Their work speaks for itself and I have no second thoughts passing their contact info to friends and family.

Mario installed a backsplash in our newly renovated kitchen and did a fantastic job. Very professionally done and helpful with tips on how to maintain it, etc... Very flexible to our timing and took the time to meet us and get the lay of the land before proceeding. Will be recommending to anyone I meet in need of similar services.

These guys are real professionals. I had a floor that needed to be leveled (original contractors made a mess of it!) and he was able to fix it for me, perfectly level the floor, and then lay my entire basement floor with tile. It looks so nice! The tile is beautiful and it is laid absolutely perfectly, all the lines are exactly straight and even. I highly recommend Precision Marble and Tile for any project. They also install kitchen tile, bathrooms, they can put in heated floors in your bathroom to make it like a spa, and any other type of tile job you can imagine. I will definitely use them again in the future when I redo the kitchen.
