We've been hiring out snow removal services for the past 10 years for our strip mall lot and walkways. We were never able to find a steady contractor until we found Monster. We've been with them for the past four seasons and are very happy with our service. They always come through on all their promises, and are very easy to contact when we need them. I would recommend the Monster for any commercial lot.

As an out of town landlord, I appreciate Monster Plow's complete handling of all my snow plowing needs. The service has always been timely and done professionally, I have never had a complaint with their services. With my old contractor, I felt like I always had to chase him if I was ever going to get the job done properly, but with Monster Plow it's done right, on time, and I've grown accustomed to not having to worry about that element of my property's maintenance. Last winter was really harsh; I know a lot of the other apartments on my street had ongoing and significant issues due to the high volume of snowfall, but Monster Plow's service never seemed to falter because of this. As someone on the go, thorough and extremely speedy email correspondence is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend the Monster Plowing company to anyone.

We contracted Monster Plowing Company to take care of the snow at my parents house. Shovelling snow is very difficult for them, and since their house has a sloped driveway, it is near impossible to get their car out unless it is clear. The Monster team was great - they fulfilled all of their duties admirably, never once leaving my parents disappointed. All service was performed exactly as per our contract. I am very happy that I found them, and look forward to many years of great work. Thanks Guys! See you next season.

I would never recomend this service to anyone. They are very slow at clearing snow and returning phone calls. - Sometimes taking days to return phone calls. It started snowing on Tuesday night and it is now Thursday at 11:00am and our snow is still not cleared. This is not acceptable. Look for your yourself. All of our neighbours who use a differnt service has had their snow cleared multiple times. This is not accecptable - After writing this review Monster has been very attentive. Our original review was 0 and we have increased it to 6 as they have given us complimentary saltings and their response time has been much improved

We were at your property clearing twice yesterday, once in the morning and once again the evening. It then continued to snow through the day, and is not yet over. Our trucks will be there again tonight. I understand that snow is an immense hassle to everyone, however we have been doing our job as best we can given the conditions and timing of the snow. We return all phone calls and emails directly right away, in fact we've spoken to both you and the owner today. I understand your frustration, and do apologize for any inconvenience, however you must understand that we are doing the best we can. I was VERY disappointed with monster plowing. In the last big snow, which started on a Thursday afternoon, they didn't come by to remove snow until Saturday at 3 am. With the quantity of snow falling i would of expected them to clear once mid day Friday and then again when snow stopped - but they only seemed to want to service the house once....the snow was so deep my husband's car got stuck mid driveway. We had to go and move the car when the truck came in the middle of the night... with their gps system, where i can track where the trucks were, i saw them all stationary the afternoon of Toronto's worst snow fall.... More annoying was i called Mikhail twice and talked to his in the office girl and wrote him requesting he call and he ignored all requests - i wanted an explanation as to why they didn't do a double run.... for the price we pay and the few number of snow falls we have i wold expect better service... additionally they don't do a very good job in terms of how wide they plow the drive and how they stack the snow...

Hello Janet, I would like to start by personally apologizing for any inconvenience we have caused. I know that snow can be a disruptive, and we did do our best to get there as fast as possible. I would like to clarify that the snowfall (which, while there were some flurries on Thursday evening. actually only started on Friday morning at about 7 AM) lasted throughout the day on Friday, and only finished at about 11 PM. Our contract is designed in a way that we clear only once the snowfall ENDS, something that is described all over the written contract you signed. It is unproductive, and most of all DANGEROUS, to clear snow during a blizzard. On top of that, the timing of this snowfall made it very difficult for us to move around the city, as it fell during the day and traffic was horrible! Thus, our contracts INTENTIONALLY & BY-DESIGN guarantee residential snowfall clearing within 12 hours of the snowfall ending, something you knew when signing your contract. Your property was, as you say, cleared at 3 AM on Saturday morning, which is actually within FOUR hours after the snowfall ended. I would say that this is outstanding timing and delivery of service, considering there was a FOOT of snow. It is unfortunate that your husband got stuck in the snow, our dispatch was aware of your situation and fast tracked a truck over to you as soon as we could. As for clearing the lanes wider and stacking snow, this is the absolute first notice you have given of any issues. Had you informed us of any concerns they would have been immediately addressed. We openly solicit all of our customers for reviews, and very much appreciate any input, however you must understand that the "0" rating you left us is completely unjustified. You failed to mention the fact that we've been out 15 times previously this season, and that your opinion of each of those service runs was just fine. This time, the snowfall was huge, our service remained exactly the same, but your expectations jumped through the ceiling. Perhaps instead of leaving ZEROS, you could give an accurate rating based on facts, rather than emotions. Agree with the last post - know it was unusual storm but expect to be plowed in a reasonable time - took over 24 hours and by then my neighbours had to dig me out and risk getting the car down the mutual drive so that I get to my parents who aren't well. This is not what I paid for. Very unresponsive throughout.

We have a large corner lot and getting up there in age. So glad we contacted Monster Plow. They are always out there within the scope of our agreement and very easy to connect with whenever necessary.

I would highly recommend Monster Plowing Co. I have used their services for several years now. Everything is cleared according to our agreement, and I never have to worry about whether someone will show up or not.

Despite the minimal amount of snow so far this year we are satisfied with Monster. The snow is removed in a timely fashion, and the job they do is more than adequate. We found the price to be very reasonable and it certainly beats having to shovel or plow it ourselves, and not have to worry about making arrangements for when we are away. I have already recommended them to our neighbours.
