Chad was happy to come out the next day after our garage door stopped opening. He is a very decent fellow who helped me decide on repair V replace. He was honest and did NOT push the most expensive option! Once decided he returned and replaced my opener system the next day at a very competitive price. After 7 years, my garage door stopped opening. I called Chad an a Saturday morning and described the problem. He was willing to come out immediately until he realized that my problem was a broken torsion spring and the only supplier in the area keeps "banker's hours". He gave me a work around for the weekend and he set a time of noon on Monday. He was there right on time. Done in an hour and for the price he quoted over the phone. Great service!
