We needed to get another pin pad and get the basement windows connected to the alarm system again so we called Deluxe Alarms where Fara helped us out. She was able to get us the pin pad and the extra alarms on the windows for free if we went on contract with them for 3 years (which turned out to be cheaper than what we were already paying). Fara was a great help and the man who installed the pin pad and extra alarms on the windows was a great help in showing us how to use the alarm system. Great work guys! The installation was done on time. The coordination was done by Liz and we are completely satisfied. Liz explained everything on our visit to the office and had no problem answering our many questions. We would have no problem recommending this company to others.
