We recently used Viktoria to move from our house in Toronto to Gatineau in Quebec (about 450km away), and I am happy to report that the experience was a very positive one! On packing day, we had Steve, Mark D, and Adam who arrived and filled their 26-foot truck quickly and efficiently. Mark and Adam then drove the truck up to Gatineau and un-packed the next day. During both packing and un-packing the guys were courteous, professional and careful with all our stuff. We were very impressed to see how they wrapped up all our large furniture with protective blankets and plastic wrap. I also appreciated that, during the up-packing process, they always left about 2 inches of space between the piles of boxes and the walls of our new house - a small detail, but an important one, as many of the rooms in the house had just been freshly painted, so it was good that we didn't have to worry about the boxes scuffing the new paint. What was also really nice to see was that - despite all the slogging they had to do with all of our boxes and furniture - they actually seemed to be enjoying themselves! They would talk and joke amongst themselves, and share tips on different techniques for moving large piles of boxes. Never did we get the impression that they were annoyed or upset at anything they had to deal with. When we asked if they could help move a couple of pieces of furniture around at our new house, they obliged cheerfully and without complaint. All in all a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend Viktoria for any move that you may be considering. Thanks Steve, Mark and Adam (and the others at the office) for a job well done! You guys were great!

This company was very helpful in moving our belongings to our new place. They wrapped our furniture, took down items and did it with care. Nice guys, the only reason who I did not provide a perfect score was the spacers for my glass table was not in the drawers as mentioned. Otherwise, good movers.

I read a lot of good reviews here on homestars so I was surprised when I get the services, that was little bit different. I used 2 times Viktoria for a moving to the storage place and another one, 1 month later to my new place. The first crew was slow and one of the guy was rude. The second crew was more friendly and much more faster. My concern was more the damage caused by theses movings. Some furniture were damaged at the back and on the bottom - some shelves disappeared and they didn't know where they gone. At the office, they told me " your furnitures were old....'Ok I appreciate that. To pay, you ll need to send a check or pay over the phone, no way to pay through website for example. They are on time, no problem for that. But for me this is overpriced for the quality of service. So I will only recommend may be for very small moving direct from a place to another.

No need to look any further! The guys were awesome and took all precautions to protect our belongings. Delivered exactly as promised. Were very accommodating with timing and punctual. I will use them definitively again and recommend to my friends and family. Keep up the good work!

I was a little nervous about calling a moving company as I've heard so many horror stories. But Viktoria Professional Movers struck away any misconceptions I had! With our move being <5km away, we used Viktoria's "labour-only" service and are we ever glad that we did. Tony and Steve worked VERY efficiently, treated our furniture and items very carefully and were very pleasant/courteous the whole time. They showed up right on time and there was no wasted minute the whole time they were at our place. Thank you Steve and Tony -- you guys are awesome. I highly recommend Viktoria's services.

I used Viktoria on April 30th, 2013 after I read their reviews on Homestars. I was not disappointed! They showed up 20 minutes late but in their defense it was rush hour and they called to advise me they would be late. Upon arrival, they got straight to work (2 men is $90 a hour). They were dressed in casual pants and Viktoria T-shirts, non smoking, professional, courtesy, polite and worked hard and fast. They put blankets over all my breakables (I have antique furniture). Not a scuff mark (they wore booties) or mark on any wall or elevator at either end of the move. Nothing broken or scratched! 5 hours from Scar to Etobicoke, 1 Bd condo $610. They had an additional mover come and help at the Etobicoke end that they didn't charge me for (WOW) you don't get that EVER! But, they had another move after me and wanted to please me and the next customer. Thanks to Maria and her guys at Viktoria for a easy peasy day, I will use you again! Cheers!

I wanted to let you know what a great job your guys did moving my furniture on two occasions. When I listed my house it was necessary to move several large heavy pieces of furniture to the basement to make my house look more spacious. I called a several movers for quotes. I found Viktoria to have a good price for the service and you were able to respond quickly. Your team arrived on time with an air of calm professionalism … an unspoken: “don’t worry we’ve got this”. These large pieces were moved down two sets of stairs with care and caution as not to damage the item or its surroundings. I felt you did a great job and so I called on you again when my house sold. On the day of the move the temperature outside was 35. Your team worked steady until 3 p.m. when they finally stopped for a quick lunch. I was amazed at how they were able to keep a pleasant helpful attitude under such unbearable conditions while continuing to wrap and pack everything with care. As if the heat wasn’t bad enough, as we pulled into the driveway to unload at the new house, the sky opened up and it rained in buckets. Your guys just pressed on, working carefully and efficiently, unpacking the truck in the rain and there was no water damage because everything had been wrapped so well. Since my move I have recommended Viktoria to friends and family on multiple occasions. You went well beyond my expectations.

I have used Viktoria to move me at least three times. Its been absolutely great every time. Completely open and honest and totally fair estimates, on time and always within my scheduling needs no matter how busy they are. I will use them with certainty again and again, and recommend them to friends without reservation.
