Updated: October 2012: Carlo finally got back to us (after 14 months of calling) and came over to review the required minor "fix-ups"; although he maintained that the problem was with the underlying masonry and not his repair work, he repaired the parging and cut in expansion grooves to prevent future cracking. The job has now been completed satisfactorily. If you do deal with this company, ensure that the written contact spells out clearly, and in detail what work is expected to be done, what problems will be fixed, what guarantees are applicable and what response times for any required follow-ups will be provided. Spell out detailed financial penalties for not meeting any of these commitments. Carlo's initial work is good but his attention to providing follow up contact and services needs work. Initial review August 2012: Avoid this company at all costs. Once they have your money, you will never see them again despite impressive looking written warranties in contracts. Should follow up work be required, it will not be done. Phone calls are rarely answered and phone messages are not responded to. If you do get to talk to someone, excuses for missed commitments will be given and new promises will be made, only to go unfulfilled.

Neal ,responding to your reviews,I try my best to explain to you that the cracks that you have in the block wall and stone walkway was cause by the movements of existing walls and existing concrete. I went many times to your house I so the work ,and at all the times I was explaining to you that this damages was not cover by my warranty. Wen you call me was to tuck point existing stones and parging existing block walls. After all this years concrete done and block done by others start moving and affecting my work. The company that did the work for you , I know the company and also I do a lot of work for that company. The problem was that the company that did the work ,the warranty expire and after you come against me. I want you to know that I treat my costumer with respect and good workmanship,they all love me to be around and work with me. I have costumer with big problems before with other company,spending thousands of dollars to repair works ,they never resolve the problems,after all they found me and today they are happy to have me around and recommend my business to family members and friends. After all I am happy that Mr Kelly is happy with the work. Just to remind you and all ,that all this reviews from mr Kelly for this repairs ,was done in 1.5 hours repairs.
