Thanks for the response, Kenny. Don't know if you still remember that the refrigerator is a french door model from Samsung. I can still remember how it was fixed at the first visit. The drain hole is inside the fridge but completely behind a big panel on the very top. There is no chance it can be plugged by food debris (plus I keep a decent clean condition in the fridge). The turkey baster with hot water was used to flush and melt the frost last time. The exact symptom happend for this time - some water ponding in the right bottom storage drawer. I appreciate the professional and courtesy service for your first visit.

Within a few hours kenny called to confirm he could come by when was best for me. He arrived right when he said he would and had the problem diagnosed and repaired within 45min. Kenny was able to come the next day to fix the freezer part of my Kenmore fridge. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. And his rates were very reasonable. I will definitely call him for all my appliance repairs.

Recently purchased a new fridge and decided to keep the old one and move it into the basement. Once the fridge was in the basement it no longer cooled. Kenny is a nice honest working guy. Reasonable price. Where are all these good old contractors nowadays? I work for a large multinational electronics company based in Mississauga. He fixed a refrigerator that wasn't blowing cold at all in my staff kitchenette. We'll have him back next time another fridge goes.

When I first called technical service at retailer, they said that technician is not available for a week, estimation for only washing machine was about $550-600, I went looking for another company. So I went to the Internet and decided to call Kenny Fix It as the website appeared to be very professional and the reviews were favorable. Kenny returned my phone call, was at our house in about 45 minutes and within 20 minutes had diagnosed the problem, found the parts and repaired at a cost far below what we had prepared ourselves for. Kenny is very polite and skilled, which saved us from having to rush out and buy a new washer. Will definitely use again. Also he changed rubber gasket on my dishwasher for a cost of 10 times less than retailer. I highly recommend him.

I was experiencing problems with my washer (it wasn't spinning or draining properly). I contacted Kenny and we set up a time for him to come out to the house. He was pleasant and professional, did some diagnostic checks and quickly figured out what the issue was and replaced a small part. His fee was very reasonable. We inherited poor quality model washer and dryer with this hous and both have failed in the last 2 years. Following reviews on this site we called Kenny (among others), but he was the one with the most reasonable rates. He was quick (same day both times) and solved the problem quickly. I only ever lost one day of laundry, due to lead time for a part.
