If you're looking for a moving company, keep looking. These guys are extremely unprofessional and care nothing for customer satisfaction. It took them twice as long to move my 1 bedroom apartment as it should have (Probably because they couldn't get off their damn cell phones the entire time). It took them over an hour and a half to travel the same distance at the same time as it took me to drive 30 minutes. I didn't realize I had to pay for their pit stops. But the most aggravating thing of all is how poorly they treated my stuff and my new condo. They banged things off walls, several picture frames were broken, and worst of all, they somehow manage to crack the screen of my TV which was packaged up in original packaging. Not only that, but they wouldn't own up to any of it or do anything to correct the situation. The two faced manager Percy, while very friendly when I was setting up the move, turned very rude and acusing the entire time I spoke with him about the TV and refused to do anything or even acknowledge it was their fault. The cheaper option may look nice, but don't make my mistake. It will cost you hundreds more in the long run. Go with a better company.

Be warned! Everyone on the admin end is really nice, but the movers that I got were horrible. They were absurdly inefficient, and (as the day and night went on) increasingly hostile. They packed inefficiently, and left things behind. I am a small woman, and I could have moved my possessions at the same speed or faster than these two muscle men. It took them twice as long as the quote, and they pulled random drunk people off the street to do their work for them. My quote was $700, it cost $1250. Plus, I had to pay a second moving company to finish the job ($300). They "couldn't fit" my bike, so we had to lock it to a pole on the street. It got completely destroyed. I put "couldn't fit" in quotations, because when they finished unloading I saw huge empty wardrobe boxes in the truck. I hired them because of the great reviews. I must have gotten different movers than the other commenters. I just wanted to be nice to my movers (I respect the hard work that movers do). It has been nearly a month, and there has been no response to my complaint to Moving Titan. Not even an acknowledgement of my concerns. Time to call the Better Business Bureau...

Moving Titan did an excellent job moving our family. The men worked hard, packed well, and finished strong. Plus they were always courteous and displayed a positive, can-do attitude the entire move. The day of move began on a good note when Moving Titan arrived at our home on time. They took a tour of our two bedroom, two floor granny flat and prioritized their tasks. Then they dug in. The job was completed to our satisfaction. Every stick of furniture arrived in our new home in good condition meaning they moved carefully. But they worked hard and efficiently, too. Both movers were terrific. The head mover took one break--lunch--which amounted to 15 minutes tops. This guy was a machine. Even at the end of the day he was hauling stuff without any sign of fatigue. The other mover was very kind and made a fuss over our kids which was very sweet since moving day can be tough on kids. The estimate they gave was very close to the actual time it took. I highly recommend this company to anyone who requires professional movers.

These guys did a fantastic job. I was really worried since i had a baby grand piano and was not sure if it would make the trip in one piece. Very friendly movers and i will use them again when my lease is up.

Moving Titan moved my husband and I for a short move in-town. The movers showed up on time and were efficient, helpful, and friendly. They took excellent care of our belongings and went the extra mile to get some of our largers pieces into an apartment that has an odd entry. The sofa had to go through the kitchen pass-through! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Moving Titan for Toronto moves. The pricing was extremely fair and they made what is always stressful (moving!) as pleasant as could be.

If anyone is looking for a moving company, this family run business is actually very good and I have to give my two cents. I'm very picky when it comes to services, but Moving Titan understands the concept of customer service at reasonable rates. I give them 4 of 5 in both the satisfaction and recommendation ratings. Would have given them a five of five, but they were 15 minutes late for the move. But otherwise, very good, prompt and attentative to detail. No items were damaged and no scuffs to furnitre and walls, doors, etc.

I just moved from Brampton to North York, and found this page when looking for movers in Toronto. Based on what I read here, I tried out Moving Titan as all the "big" names were already booked. Their rates were much more affordable than the almost-extortionate prices everyone else seemed to be quoting. I let them know at the outset that I was a only single person moving about 7-8 very large, and very very heavy boxes, which probably wouldn't take much time...but that didn't deter them. I would just like to use this forum to say that the guys from Moving Titan were absolutely brilliant. Simba and Augustine (I love their names!) were not only fast and efficient, they were also really nice and helpful guys. They got everything loaded up, transported and moved in, before my booking of the service elevator expired. And they did it with a smile. Percy, who I believe is the head honcho, was also really lovely to deal with. It's always a pleasure working with true professionals who go the extra mile to provide a great customer experience.
