We called J&S to look at our heating unit just to make sure it was ok for the winter. They checked it out and cleaned the unit and filter. They were polite and everything was left clean and tidy.

John is very professional. He come to my home and tell me exactly what was wrong with my air conditioner and water heater. We were having problems with both. He told me the cost to replace the units and bring in newer units with warranties and he told me the cost to fix the units we already have. He told me the pros and cons of both options. I appreciate knowing this to make my decision. I will be sure to recommend John's good work to my friends and family. F

Wow, what a great contractor. You know when you meet someone and instantly know they are a good person? Well, that's John. He came into our house (which was in shambles due to a previous rip off artist contractor) and fixed EVERYTHING for us to pass code. We were in violation of almost everything (thanks again to our useless previous contractor). Heating and air conditioning is not something you should leave to someone who is inexperienced (like we did) or just does not know what they are doing.
