Kitchen and entire first floor Renovation
We needed a complete refresh of our entire first floor (Kitchen, Living Room, Dinning room, bathroom and Family room). this included removal of our entire floor and replacement with hardwood, installation of crown mouldings, Painting and a new kitchen. We had heard many positive stories about Splendid Homes. From the very first meeting to the very last payment, this team was extraordinary! They are a team of professionals that make a dream come true. Their interior designer is the ultimate professional! She reviewed our needs, and designed a kitchen plan that suited our needs and budget that exceeded our expectations. She was precise in her estimates and went out of her way to ensure we were pleased with the selections of trim, cabinets, and flooring. the workmanship is "world class". the quality of materials is outstanding. The contractor (Alan) was always accessible and made sure we were up to speed on the the progress of the project. Every member of his team, interior designer, plumber, electrician, floor installer, trim installer, painter, kitchen cabinet installer were all true professionals who took pride in their work and were very accessible and accomodating.
