The contractor (Alan) was always accessible and made sure we were up to speed on the the progress of the project. We hired Splendid Homes to design our total bedroom/bathroom remodeling project. Their knowledgeable designer gave us excellent idea on new design and material selection. They also provided us with 3-D computer model of our room after renovation, so we knew what we exactly will see after the renovation. They provided a reasonable quotation on laminate flooring and bathroom tiling with supply of high quality material at wholesale prices. Workmanship was exceptional and trades were professional in their work.
