We contacted 3 companies and had 3 quotes. They were the best for price and look. We signed the contract on the 11th of March and installation was finalized on April 6th! Crazy fast. We have a hundred year old house, that had 30 year old windows. It took 3 days instead of 2 to install, but the final look is amazing. We've already noticed the house is warmer and brighter. Victor came back for a final inspection of the windows and hardware and found a couple small things not to his liking, so they will be back in a couple weeks to fix them, I hadn't even noticed. A small professional crew that was trustworthy and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend and reuse their services, which we plan on doing by the end of the summer, as we have a few more windows we'd like to change.

After getting poor service from several contractors, we continued our search and chose Vinyl Pro Windows and Doors – Edmonton, to replace our Garden Door. I submitted an on-line request to Vinyl Pro for a free no obligation site visit. Surprisingly I was contacted within 20 minutes. An appointment was set up for the next evening and Igor showed up at our door exactly on time as promised. We were already impressed with Vinyl Pro’s response time and were soon to be impressed even more. Previous contractors told us our door opening required a higher costing non-standard special order door and it would be best to duplicate the size and type of door we already had. Igor thought the opening was within a standard range and that duplicating what we had would be more expensive and likely recreate some of the same problems we were having. He took the time to go over different products Vinyl Pro offers, provided us with alternatives and important detail we had never heard before. Igor is very straight forward and knowledgeable about his business and conveys confidence in his and his team’s abilities. His professionalism and sincerity made it so much easier for us to make an informed no pressure decision. We felt very comfortable working with Igor and his team and were given an opportunity to actually see the door and lock hardware in the showroom before we placed an order. We chose a PJ 2000 2 door Garden Door with a Ferco multi point security lock. The installers arrived November 9th right on time as promised and were very professional, personable and considerate. It turned out that Igor’s assessment of the job was completely accurate. The removal and installation went very well and Michael took the time to review the installation and answered my questions. We are very pleased with our new Garden Door, it is well built, energy efficient and reasonably priced. It looks so much better than what we had before. We recommend Vinyl Pro to our friends and family and will definitely contract with them in the future.

This summer we had all 22 windows and 3 doors replaced by Vinyl Pro. The workmanship and quality are exceptional. I did extensive reasearch and had several quotes. Vinyl Pro was one of only two companies that were following the proper installation methods outlined by SAWDAC. Igor and his crew went the extra mile everyday to make sure the job was done right and the customer was happy. We went with Euroseal triple pane low-e windows and Cobra doors with the 3-point locking system. I have found a great improvement in the efficiency of the house, and as a bonus it looks fantastic! I have recommened Vinyl Pro to anyone who will listen.

We found Vinyl Pro while looking on the internet. We went to their office to see what they had to offer. We were impressed with Igor's passion for his business and products. We also liked the locking system on there outside doors. The two installers were very polite and hard working just have the coffee ready and they will be done no time. We had Boris and his crew come in and replace our fornt living room bay window and upgraded our front entrance way as well as 4 windows that were in need of replacement. I had done research on various types of product and decided that Vinyl was the way we wanted to proceed. I was naturally concerned about the project as it was an expensive upgrade and I was also concerned that I wanted to keep the value of the product consistent with the value of my house, which is significant. We decided to split the project into 2, last year the more immediate replacements and the reminder to be decided dependent on our satisfaction. The level of sevice and quality of workmanship was excellent and left us very satisfied. The product itself was better than what I had anticipated , the new windows we had installed had no cold spots and compared to the wooden windows we didnt replace last year there was abig difference in the amount of cold air transferred into our house. I have contracted Vinyl Pro Windows this year to complete the excellent job they started for us last year. I would not hesitate to recomend Vinyl Pro Windows for windows or door installations.

We had all main floor and second floor windows (17) replaced plus the door leading out to our deck. In addition, cladding was done on some decrotive trim around our front windows and around our garage door. All windows are triple paid low-E windows. We received four quotes and did lots of other research regarding window quality and energy efficiency (see Natural Resources Canada website for interest information!!). Vinyl Pro was consistently a top performer and after meeting with the Company, visiting their location and receiving some great advise (and promises), we elected to use Vinyl Pro. All the windows were sill protected, insulated and look great. The cladding accentuates the look of the windows. Most impressive was there was a couple of minor items noted by us a day later and they were back, the day after, to address the minor matters The installation was two days and the guys did a fabulous job, were professional, friendly and very accomodating. The promises were delivered. Igor had some very good suggestions on window options, he and the crew work extremely hard but do so with care and attention. The look is such that we are redoing our front garden area so that the windows can be better seen, they have become a great focal point. We are looking forward this fall to ordering a new entry door and there is no question who we will use. The service, the care and the people are great to deal with.

Replaced all windows (including 5 panel bay window) and front door with side light. Extremely pleased with the beautiful windows and beautiful door.
