It was a pleasure working with Mike Lucyshyn. We have a new modern ensuite bathroom. Mike was very helpful with his suggestions and we are very pleased with the results. We have no problem recommending Mike Lucyshyn if you have a bathroom in desperate need of renovation.

Mike and his crew did a fabulous job building a granny suite in the lower level of my house. His work is top quality and he takes the time to ensure that as a customer you are pleased with the results. He is also very respectful and tidies up any messes made at the end of each day. His prices are fair and he was careful to ensure the project was done on budget. I've hired other contractors in the past and he is by far THE BEST!

It was a saturday night and i noticed my bathroom in the basement was flooding. I looked Mike up on HomeStars and gave him a call. He said no need to panic ill be there right away. He was over with in the hour. He then snaked the pipes and cleared the drain. At that point most of my bathroom was ruined so i then ask mike what he could do with it. he then responded "dont worry about it, ill give you a reasonable price" and so which he did. He was very responsive to my call. Very friendly and out going. He was very well spoken. - Very reliable - Very good work - Very respecful
