We use this company to get all new windows and doors. we were happy with their work. Everything looks great! unfortunately on the day of installation it was very windy so there was lots of wood chips, dust and dirt that got into the house. Otherwise we were very pleased

-- On researching and arranging replacement of our doors and windows we found Bryan very knowledgeable and professional in the way he guided us through the decision making. We were well advised of the install dates and times and were kept well informed in all matters of the install. The installation crew were on time, friendly, worked well together and got the job done in an amazingly short time. They cleaned up well and the one small problem of a few small marks on our deck floor were assessed and repaired in a very professional and timely manner. -To all involved a job well done.

I have been extremely pleased with my whole Eco-West experience. I had been in the market for double-glazed windows for some years, and had shopped around on and off in that time, never finding a company that could really deliver what I wanted. Eco-West convinced me that they could install windows that were the right colour—and that looked nearly identical to the wood-framed windows that matched the house. Everyone I dealt with at Eco-West was courteous, patient, practical, efficient, and professional. My salesman, Bryan, was second to none. Once he and I had worked out what I wanted, the rest of the process—measuring, preparation, installation, and cleanup—proceeded smoothly and without any serious hitches. Most impressive to me is Eco-West’s after-sales service. I have had two very minor concerns in the year since the windows were installed. Eco-West’s response has been swift and most satisfactory; at no charge to me, they have sent a professional to my home to address the problems as soon as I have contacted their office—even when one of the problems was not of their doing. I was so pleased with the window experience that I asked Eco-West to replace my furnace, which they did in the same, seamless way. We're typically booked for larger renovations about 3-4 months in advance, so hopefully Bryan can meet with you in the near future to get started on "Phase 2"!

We needed to replace our old aluminum framed windows and get one completely new window installed. We shopped around and eventually settled with Ecowest. Pros: -Good Sales guy (Bryan) - very patient with all of our questions -The installation crew was really nice and kept our house clean with drop sheets etc. They seemed to be well equipped with all of the necessary installation and safety equipment. -The quality of the windows is pretty good compared to similarly priced ones offered by other installation companies. - We had a couple of moderately bad installation problems with a new window that we had them install. Ecowest was very proactive in addressing our concerns. - Company is very honest and credited us (without us hassling them) with the cost of a window that we decided not to change out. -The end product looks good. :-) Cons -Lack of communication: There seemed to be a lack of communication as to when the crew would arrive. There was also a lack of communication between the office and the crews as to what the difficiencies were with the install. - They left a fairly large hunk of dry wall in my garage from the new window install. (I'm not sure what to do with it) -They couldn't replace our Garden Window due to warranty issues. So we're going to have to source this elsewhere. -They needed to be clearer about potential problems with retro fit windows. In our case, there was scratching on the inside paint of a couple of our window ledges/frames and the dry wall cracked in others due to the force required to push the windows in. We're really happy that we waited for the install before painting. Overall, I recommend the company for your window install. They stand by their work and will fix things that you are not happy with. The crew was good and we feel that the end result adds value to our home.

Our guest bathroom reno was the second project with Ecowest. As with the first project (windows), we were very happy with Bryan and the team! They helped us make pactical layout decisions for the space and their contacts at the suppliers helped us select the best and cost effective materials. The onsite team was very professional and was always on time. When unexpected plumbing problems came up due to the age of the pipes they dealt with that very quickly and effectively. We are very happy with the final product and so are our guests!

Renovations on a house we just bought, started with the most urgent things first :) The crew for all three tasks were pleasant, professional and explained everything to do with the work in full detail. We are very pleased with the work and intend to book more work through Ecowest. Great followup from Aaron, who kept in touch and made sure we were informed as to timelines for the installations. We went with Ecowest because my inlaws used them and couldn't say enough great things about them :)

We couldn't be happier with the service and quality of work we received from Ecowest Renovations when we ordered new windows. From sales to installation, the staff were very helpful and professional. The installers arrived early to accommodate my work schedule and took great care in protecting our home from any potential damage. They even swept their way out the door when they were done! We were very pleased when they went the extra mile to caulk a couple of windows that they noticed hadn't been done from a previous installer. There was a problem with one of the windows that arrived from the manufacturer and before I could even think about what to do about it our salesman, Bryan, arrived and took care of it. Ecowest Renovations did a wonderful job with our windows and we are happy to recommend them.

I just had new windows installed in the front of the house and they look fabulous, all thanks to Jay,Allen,Scott and cody. they were efficient on time and very nice, They explained to me how to take out screens and clean them,just every thing pertaining to the windows. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything neat and tidy. Thank you Eco West for having such a great crew and a great product.

We were very pleased with Ecowest's professionalism starting with Brian who provided us with the initial quote. I appreciated that he didn't run down other companies and encouraged us to get other quotes. The work crew were on time, very polite and worked very efficiently. We had a couple of small issues after the installation that were handled immediately and to our satisfaction. We are enjoying our new windows and doors and have definitely noticed a reduction in outside noise and an improvement in our heating costs.
