We began our search for someone to do upgrades to our home with the intention of doing insulation over our carport, but both my wife and I were so impressed with the professional approach and communication we received from Bryan (our salesperson) we decided to go with his recommendations to do windows and further insulation in the attic. He also made the government grants for the upgrades very understandable and neither of us felt pressured to do the work, it just made sense. All the work was completed very quickly and throughout the process any questions were quickly answered. Ecowest comes highly recommended from both Glenda and myself...thanks to all the crew.

We have had time now to get used to our new windows and I have to agree that the traffic noise has been reduced considerably. I should also take this opportunity to comment on the installation process performed by the Ecowest staff. I could not believe that all eleven windows and patio door were installed in one day with virtually no inconvenience to my wife and I. There was no mess or debris left behind, and the windows look like they have been there since the house was originally built, except that they look so clean and attractive. The initial plan that we had for the upgrade of our older home of a new roof and window replacement, soon grew to include other renovation projects due to Ecowest’s professional conduct, product quality and skilled and reliable workmanship. We love our new Valor gas fireplace, feel more safe using our new back stairs and happy that with the patio railing, never again will we be painting under a scorching sun! Our house looks great with these new additions! We were very pleased with the communication and follow up we had with the sales representative as well as the positive manner in which questions and suggestions were acknowledged. Ecowest recently replaced 22 windows and our front doors, plus the Ecowest team removed a window in the kitchen and put in French doors. We can't say enough about how pleased we are with the results. The installation team worked very hard during one of our famous BC monsoons, not a drop of water came in the house and everything was kept clean. The workers were always in good spirit and worked hard to complete the job. Any questions or concerns that we had were addressed immediately and either explained or resolved. Ecowest removed the old and installed the new Vinyltek windows in the middle of the 2009 heat wave. The performance by their crew of 4 was so efficient there was no disruption to speak of - our only concern was keeping the men hydrated with cold refreshments. We are over the moon with the windows. You can sit in the bright sunlight and NOT FEEL IT AT ALL. Of course, they tell you this in the ads but experiencing it yourself is something else. We recommend Ecowest most heartily as their free estimate was well organized, concise and they have been helpful in answering any and all of our questions.

It is disgusting outside...cold and damp and dark but I am dry and warm inside my apartment with my new Ecowest Vinyltek windows. I haven't even had to turn on my heat yet this year. In fact, I have to sleep with my bedroom window open or I cook at night. The inside faces of my windows are bone dry. I have not had to wipe up my window sills since the day I saw your technicians and I suffer no more abuse from my mom about the appearance of my house. You have changed my life. Thank you! My neighbour below me is now jealous of my non leaky, warm and clean windows and is leaning towards redoing her windows as well. I have provided her with your contacts and glowing reviews so I hope you hear from her. Thank you also (long overdue and I apologize) for the gift basket you had sent to me...the gift was lovely.
