From the very beginning, we felt that the staff was knowledgeable and very capable of listening to what we needed, as well as giving us suggestions for areas where we needed help. They were efficient, kept in contact with us regularly, and made us feel very confident that we made the right choice. Both Bryan (Ecowest) and Cliff (Northwest Furnace & Gas) assured us that if we ever had a problem, Ecowest would be there at any time. We can't emphasize enough how amazing it is to have a company look after their clients this way. We have dealt with other companies over the years, and Ecowest could give lessons on how to cultivate and keep clients! Their work was excellent and their price was very competitive. Even though our bill was paid in full, and they finished the work, they are still keeping in touch with us to make sure we are happy. Ecowest did an amazing job and we have already recommended them to friends, and will continue to do so! Thanks, guys, for making this renovation run so smoothly!

Laura Brodowski in Port coquitlamI will think of EcoWest FIRST when we do more home improvements because the installation crew: o Started on time, finished on time o Polite and mature (didn’t play excessively loud music for all the neighborhood to hear, and didn’t swear) o Conversational and informative (ie, patient with answering my questions) o Solution-oriented: we thought we were short 1 window, and they figured out a potential solution quickly – as it turned out, we had everything o Pro-active: found 2 minor defects in the product before I did prior to post-installation inspection o Professional and respectful: even though they were in and out of my home many, many times they removed their boots every time AND they cleaned/vacuumed up after themselves And most importantly for us, Aaron has integrity - we like that.

Westeck Windows & New Attic Insulation
Dave & Lisa in Pitt MeadowsEcowest recently updated the insulation in our attic and replaced 17 tired, old, aluminum framed windows with new Westeck windows in our 23 year old home. The entire process from the initial estimate to the installation and clean up was handled in an efficient, professional manner. Bryan and the staff of Ecowest kept us well informed throughout the process which resulted in a stress free renovation with no unexpected surprises. Ecowest offered a variety of window options and provided a thorough explanation of each, enabling us to make a decision that best suited our style and budget. Replacement of Windows

Bryan the sales rep, listens to the client and works hard to meet stated specifications. He guided us to chose a quality product that met our family budget, and we are delighted with the final results. The installation crew clearly love their job and work well as a team. They installed our new windows with a keen eye for all the details that create a perfect installation experience. The windows are fantastic, I have lowered the heat by 2 degrees and still feel warmer than before. The windows are easy to manipulate and bone dry to the touch. I look forward to using Ecowest again for any kind of home reno project.

Replacement of Front Entry and Back Doors
RSStaff were very helpful with choosing the style and type of doors. Crew arrived on time and were friendly enough while getting the job done efficiently and on schedule. Would definately go back to them for any other future renovations.

Siding, Windows, Doors, Insulation
Craig & Patti in RichmondEcowest recently completed a major renovation of our home. Our old drafty aluminum frame windows and patio door at the back have been replaced with 16 new Vinyltek windows and a new sliding glass door. It didn’t take long for the house to feel warmer and more secure once the new windows and sliding door were installed. Our old aluminum siding which was in various states of disrepair was replaced with Mitton vinyl siding. What a transformation! Our front doorway was replaced with a new fiberglass door and sidelites and our interior garage door was replaced with a new self closing metal door. Both doors look great with less draft and are more secure. In addition we added more blown in insulation into the attic for better efficiency. The Ecowest installation crews were always helpful, friendly and addressed any questions we had. As great as the house looks after the reno, what’s even more important is the quality of the installation behind it. After witnessing various portions of the installation, I can say the Ecowest crews took great care to ensure what they installed was done properly. Attention to detail and fit and finish were first rate. Our main concern was to choose the company who we felt would provide the greatest amount of care to detail, long lasting quality and address any potential issues with the existing structure as the work progressed. Aaron and Shawn provided a detailed quote explaining the steps and how everything should be installed. I can confidently say we chose the right company for our home renovation and would not hesitate to recommend Ecowest to our friends and family.

Was recommend to them by a friend who just started working there. Contacted them and Aaron came by for a quote. Liked that they were very professional and quick to reply with all emails. Never had to wait more than a day for a reply, unlike other companies we were considering for the project. Aaron was very friendly, knowledgable and you could tell right away he's someone who enjoys what he does and is very good at it! He gave us a number of good ideas and even told us about things like redoing insulation in the roof area which would qualify us for a grant and would only end up costing us a few hundred dollars, but would help us save on energy costs. This is when i new he was good! What i really also liked about eco west was that the quote came in a nice pretty package with tons of details and even nice diagrams! So you can tell they take their time and ensure everything is 120%. Aaron also explained how costs were transparent since everything was factored into the pricing, so nice to know. With all the glowing reviews and my own personal experience wouldn't hesistate to use them!
