Blinds are such a visible part of your home, and we were so pleased to find Wholesale Blinds to work with us. We got both black-out and solar shades, so it was great that their materials for those shades had a similar look and feel (not the case with a budget competitor who also quoted). All shade materials are made in North America and the blinds themselves are fabricated in the Lower Mainland. Support local! We're so satisfied with the blinds themselves, which look amazing and function so well. But we were perhaps more impressed with the people. Kyle, who measured and installed, was so careful and tuned to the small details that matter - he did an awesome job. And Paul (VP Sales) did the initial visit and an in-person follow-up when we were concerned about one aspect of the installed blinds (which was totally our misperception) - he listened, cared, and was fully invested in making sure we were satisfied. Very highly recommended!

We got new blinds for 3 big windows in our 17-year-old townhouse, replacing standard 1" aluminum blinds. The salesperson at the Coquitlam location, Alessia, was terrific. The person scheduling the installation was personable when she called. The installer, Mike, was skilled, professional and knowledgeable when he measured and during installation. And oh my goodness, what a difference!! We got 2" off-white wood-look blinds and I wish we'd done this years ago. We are amazed at how it updates and brightens the rooms' appearance. The price was great, even compared to online. Highly recommend.

Although the product is good and the sales people were good and the installer was good the delivery was very poor. We were promised that for sure if we ordered when we did the blinds would be installed before Christmas however they are not. Worse is that we had to contact them to get any info. I would have gone over a lot better if they were proactive and called us but alas they were not. I would not recommend them unless your time line is very very long like months not weeks.

Wholesale blinds installed a number of roller blinds in our home. Their service was excellent and we would highly recommend them. They measured and installed the blinds. Their product is well made and stylish.

I bought a newly renovated townhouse that had no blinds on any windows. The sales rep met me at my home and showed me the different options, including pictures of the roller shades he had in his own place. It was clear that customer satisfaction was his #1 priority. Installation was a breeze and the final result exceeded my expectations. The blackout blinds with u-channel rails in the bedrooms are a must have for anyone who likes to sleep in a dark room. Would highly recommend.

Excellent communication and service from this company. Very patient and experienced sales people without the slimy “used cars salesman “ touch. They also matched the most competitive price we had. Pain free measurements and installation. They had to re-cut one of the windows and they did so without any hassle and on the same day. I would have no problem buying from them again or recommending them to friend. Job well done – thank you!

Excellent service from this company which I have used for several renovation projects. In this case, a complete install of new roller blinds for a 1300 sq. ft waterfront condominium in downtown Vancouver. Knowledgeable and professional advice provided by Paul. The final product is of high quality, looks great and was provided at a very competitive price.

Hired this company to place window coverings at our new house. Service rep was nice and helpful in providing us with ideas. Cost was a little more than fly by night companies but the quality is good and worth it. Had 2 staff measure the sizes and accommodating as to when they could install the finished blinds. Very good service.
