A1 Carpet Cleaning

They have just cleaned our carpet at the restaurant and store, did a fantastic job. I also use them for all my residential carpet and area rug cleaning and fully satisfied. always on time, and the best rates around town. Aman was great at his job.

We had A1 come out to clean the carpets in our home and they did a really fantastic job. We have two large dogs and a cat and the carpets hadn't been cleaned in quite some time so they were looking quite dingy. There were also a couple of older stains in our living room. The man who came out arrived on time, was very professional, thoroughly explained the service and finished quite quickly. Our carpets looked almost brand new, we were actually surprised by how clean they came out.

Bought the Dealfind voucher for carpet cleaning and they have never returned my calls. I have been calling both numbers and leaving messages and still no response. They are a scam. Do not use them.

They did a good job cleaning the carpets at my place. The staff was friendly, and helped moved furniture etc as well.
The job they did was satisfactory. wd not complain.

Very poor service. I booked 4 separate appointments before someone finally showed up on the scheduled date, despite calling the night before to confirm my appointment. When the cleaner showed up he was late and rushed as he had more appointments to attend to.
Within 35 min he had "cleaned" the 3 bedrooms, hallway and "mandatory" stairs for a mandatory extra charge of $39 ( which was not part of the fine print on the dealfind voucher. I had to ask for the furniture leg protectors. The carpet looked clean until it had dried, then the stains "reappeared"

Unfortunately I had purchased 2 vouchers and for the past 3 weeks I have been trying to call for another booking. I have left 20 different messages and have not had a return call. The other phone number will not accept messages as "mailbox"is full.
Avoid this Company at all costs. Customer service is non existent and the hassle is not worth it.
I have contacted dealfind and their response is that they will only guarantee their vouchers for 30 days.

I booked the service after i bought my dealfind. I booked in january they never showed up. giving the benifit of the doubt i emailed and rebooked in february. again never showed up. very unprofessional and a waste of my time. trying to get my money back right now.

The cleaning jobw as OK however, some places they could not clean as clean as i wanted it to be. Also the way they did the staircase seemed highly unprofessional. The stairway was so much soaked that the water dripped for almost a day from the stairway into the basement.

we have used this company before. We are always happy with the results. We like the fact that they can clear the dog hair and stains off the carpets. The staff are really friendly. We would recommend them. The prices are good and the service is great!

They didn't come on time. They were an hour late. When I called the company to see if anyone was coming, I didn't get the best customer service. When the cleaner came, he was friendly and did a good job. He did the whole house in 2 hours. He got the stains out and I was satisfied with the work done.
