I met Mike in the OWL LED Lights Inc. booth at the CNE the end of August 2015. We discussed a project for my home and after I emailed him the measurements and some photos of my front door he quickly sent back a mock up of the address letters I wanted to install. Looked great, price was good, everything seemed above board and then then he sent me a PayPal invoice. I sent payment for Order EX5002 on September 22, 2015 and have yet to receive my item or a refund. Last time I heard from Mike via email was October 21, 2015. Since then I have been to the OWL LED Lights Inc. booth at Pickering Markets and spoke with another sales person. He said Mike had been off and he did recall seeing my item at the warehouse, he agreed to check on it and let me know. I haven’t heard back from him. I have also sent emails to the info@owlledlights.com and sales@owlledlights.com and have not received a response. I can’t find a phone number listed for them anywhere and am considering taking legal action for to get my money back.

I purchased the script letters for my home and a LED address sign for my mother. Jeannie at the Dr. Flea market was very helpful and showed us the many options available. My mother's sign was ready within days. My sign required proofs for my input and it took a few weeks to get it all done. I was able to install both. Very easy and great looking. I'm very happy with both signs and the overall experience.

I purchased a sign from OWL LED at the Pickering Market for Mother's day. I opened the sign to check it and I forgot the screws when I left. The Sales guy James was great. He contacted me and shipped them to me. I have installed the sign and it is great. I recommend this product. It looks great and my wife is very happy.

This company has a fantastic product and I have found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased one of their beautiful LED address signs more than a year ago, and as I waited for my husband to install it, he managed to lose the hardware and instructions. I was embarrassed to call, but they told me what I was missing and arranged for their staff at the St. Jacobs market in nearby Waterloo to help me. With their help I easily installed my sign and now even my husband likes to show it off to our family and friends. Lena at St. Jacobs was very helpful, and I recommend this company and their LED signs.

I paid this firm last year at the Home and Cottage show in Mississauga for the LED number sign for my house. Neither did they send me a proof or the sign itself, and the number I call always has the message box full! So I think they donot exist! This is a scam company. Avoid at all costs!

I bought my sign at a home show, it took them 4-months to ship me my sign and when I installed it - it didn't work. I have been trying to call for service but the voice mail box is always full or when I finally get through no one calls me back. I guess I have lost $130.00.

they're really helpful and answering all our questions. the prices are pretty reasonable and they're including the shipping cost into our price. all the lighting sign work with LED, so it's energy saving and eco envirnoment.
