Snow's Appliance Service

I have been working with Dan from Snows Appliance for almost 2 years now in the property management world.

Dan is quick responding, efficient, and super great to work with! He has fixed appliance issues for us that other companies have had difficulties fixing and in half the time. I recommend Snows Appliance to any and all who are looking for appliance repair that is affordable, consistant, and fast!

Had Dan in to repair dishwasher door that was leaking. Was told it needed a new door gasket. Replaced gasket, door still leaked. Was then told lower spray arm needed replaced. Did that, still leaked. Was then told he had no idea what the problem was. So much for customer service.

- Said fridgeaire was a woods freezer
- diagnose after take 6 screws out of the back panel and looked at the coils (said there’s a leak, will cost between $200-300 plus. Not worth repairing - garbage
- took my money after 2 minute service, originally said service fee was $70 over the phone no mention didn’t include GST

We got a second opinion and the above was NOT the issue!!!!

Unacceptable, unhappy customer!!!

A technician was not able to come immediately as they were fully booked, but they provided some quick tips over the phone that I could try to resolve my dishwasher drainage issues, and that fixed it! That makes me feel that I can trust they are more interested in helping me get my problem fixed rather than just charging for the most expensive repair option.

I called Dan at Snow's Appliance to assess both my Samsung washing machine and dryer. He figured out the problem with each quickly and had the washing machine up and running right away. He ordered the part for the dryer after confirming price and asking my permission (cheaper to fix than replace). As soon as the part was in, he crammed me into his already hectic schedule (which was not expected but greatly appreciated). I highly recommend Snow's Appliance Service.

Our Whirlpool's front loading washing machine tub is most likely prematurely broken after only the 3-4 year mark. Snow's Appliance Service was kind enough to answer all my questions and I feel well informed before deciding whether it is worth it to have them do a service call or just buy a new washing machine.

There was issue in the water standing in the dishwasher after washes. Got one of their guys to come and inspect. They were able to quickly solve the problem and it saved my getting a new dishwasher. Overall helpful and worth it.

I had called Snow's Appliance Repair on a few occuisions and found the service to be excellent. This most recent repair to a 20 year old refrigerator was diagnosed in minutes, it was a faulty timer that was causing the defrost cycle to stop. He replaced the timer with one he had in his van and the cost was very reasonable.
