where to begin first vega does not bring a truck large enough to accommodate all of my belongings there for I am forced to leave things behind. My stuff gets put into storage for 5 weeks. The time comes to move in to my place and Vega shows up at my door I pay vega 5000 dollars before they will unload my belongings which is either broken or severely damaged. When they finish unloading my stuff they tell me that all of my stuff is not on this truck and that I will have to wait 15 days for the rest to be delivered. The 15 days has came and left it has now bean a month. Every time iphone to find out when the rest of my stuff will be delivered I either get hung up on or misled on the date when the rest of my stuff will be delivered. Vega moving is by far the worst company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I contracted Vegaline for my move from Cochrane, AB to Toronto, ON and it was the biggest mistake of my life. The people at Vegaline were terrible. First off, they told me that my move would take 7 to 9 days to deliver, not 2 months like the reality! When i would call to speak to someone about the delay, they would be extremely rude when they weren't hanging up on me. The sales rep that coordinated the move was a man named Mert who was unbelievably incompetent, it appeared as though as soon as he put the order through, he disappeared and never returned my emails or phone calls - some sales rep he was!. He would refuse to give me any information about what was taking my shipment so long each of the 15 times i called them! When my personal items arrived, they had caused over $10,000 is damages to my furniture. When i called to let them to talk about the process of documenting the damages to my possessions, they refused to take any responsibility for the damage! After many phone calls and emails, they finally came to their senses and offered monetary compensation. They told me that they would pay me $193 for the $10,000 worth of damage they caused! oh yeah, i forgot to mention that if i was to accept the money (which i am not) i be agreeing that no further action will be taken including: negative reviews (online and media outlets etc) BBB action/involvement or legal action. Obviously, I am not taking their $193 as I am taking this matter to small claims court to resolve it. Everyone needs to be aware of what these people do or what they don't do, which is ANYTHING they say they would do. I wish i did more research on Vegaline before i hired them. Look at the reviews online, many people have the same issues as me. Do yourself a favour and do your research. I dealt with the Vancouver office and they are all less than qualified. Alex refused to return my calls, messed up 3 times on schedule times and tried to charge me on his mistake. After wanting to collect MY belongings after a month when i was told 7-10 day delivery after pick up, they refused to answer me and I called 18 times in a row to be hung up on every time after Alex would rudely make some snide remark. Surely you have to be older than 10 to work at Vega Line?? Debbie is rude and was smart enough to hang up on my lawyer (yes, it had to go that far). And Mert's quote obviously did not include $200 in hidden fees they decided to add on. WARNING: the good comments posted here are clearly by vega line staff, they are FRAUDULENT and not accredited by the BBB. PLEASE do not use there services, I GUARANTEE you will be disappointed. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!

Pickup men and driver: polite and on time People who are working in the office in Vancouver: irresponsible, careless and rude management, supervision, and organization: Terrible Customer service to solve the problem: Very rude and useless , they don't know anything about customer service, they didn't even apologize for their mistake and the troubles that they made us. our stuff condition: our dining table and sofa were damaged ( I haven't opened the boxes yet) My case: We wanted to send our stuff from Vancouver to Thunder Bay and they were supposed to store them for 6 weeks before delivery. They took everything on May 7th from Vancouver and we expected to have them on June 17 in Thunder Bay. We have a plan to move from our small rented apartment to our new place in june 15, so having our funiture on June 17 was our ideal plan. But On Saturday afternoon, May 26, we received a phone call from the driver saying he is on the way to Thunder Bay and is going to deliver our stuff on Sunday. May 27. We were shocked , it was three weeks ahead of our contract and we were not ready. We called customer service several times and they told us that we are wasting their time we have two options, accept the discount (13%, no HST) and let the driver unload them, or they are returning back our furniture to vancouver and charge us 3000 dollars. They were very rude and even didn't apologize for their mistake. He told me in a very rude manner," go find a storage in your city and put your stuff over there for three weeks, then for the moving; rent a truck and take them to your new place, I am giving you discount for that". When I asked him about his name , he said I can't tell you my personal information...he said "you can call me Steve ( he had introduced himself before as Alex)". Any way, they made us a situation that we couldn't make any changes to thier decision. Finally, the driver arrived in our place on sunday night at 10:30 and unloaded everything till 12:00 mid night. The driver is not guilty and he didn't know anything about six weeks storage. In general, Terrible company, terrible experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMENED (DOUBLE EMPHASIS)< DO NOT > DO NOT USE THIER SERVICE, LOOK FOR PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I give 8 score to pickup and delivery drivers and 0 score to the system and my final score for whole service would be 2.

DON'T USE VEGA LINE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I will never use this moving company again and I suggest you avoid them. They broke a bunch of my furniture, including items that were labelled antique, the delivery men were rude and careless with my boxes (one wouldn't even come into the apartment and just complained the entire time or was on his phone). They LOST a piece of my furniture (it turned up 4 weeks later). ALL MY FURNITURE SUFFERED EXTENSIVE DAMAGE. I tried to deal with customer service over the phone but they were less than useless. No one replied to my calls or emails until a month later. And to top it off they offered me 75$ for the damages on the condition that I never write a review for them. I didn't take it so I want everyone to know that Vega Line Moving is a scam, they will ruin your stuff and will try to buy your silence about it. DON'T USE VEGA LINE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I hired Vega Line Moving Services for my move form Toronto, ON to Edmonton, AB. They were reasonably priced and because the company rep promised me that the way my items would be picked up on a decided date it would be delivered at my new home on my requested date. I was OK with the condition and scheduled my pickup date 6 days before necessary. The pickup boys came at 8 a.m. in the morning and started according to their working policy. Thay did greta job. The delivery boys and the truck drivers were equally punctual (they arrive in Vancouver after 7 days as they promised)and hardworking as the pickup boys were. The moving team from Vega Line Moving did not only value our furniture, computers and other articles while doing our house move, but they understood the true value of our time. It was very easy to schedule the time with them. I am satisfied with their work and will recommend them anytime. Thank you from bottom of my Heart Meg G.

I wanted to write this review as soon as possible because my move today was such a great experience.I moved from Montreal QC to Seattle,WA. I chose Vega Line Moving and Storage based on these reviews and I'm glad I did my homework. They charged reasonable ., but you definitely get what you pay for and their speed and professionalism reduces the time another less qualified mover would probably take, and is well worth it. Knowing what I was getting into and specifying what I did and didn't want them to do ahead of time (e.g. I told them not to shrink wrap the mattresses, and made sure all of my stuff was packed well and I didn't need them to pack loose items, etc.) made this such a great experience, the easiest move I've ever had,The guys were so quick and so professional, as well as helpful and friendly. . They give you some free boxes to help your move, which might save you a little cash. Also, they'll bring a few wardrobe boxes on the day you move for you to hang clothes in. My Wife is eight months pregnant and I can't even tell you how worth it this was!!! Thank you Vega Line Moving and the team. ADAM CHANDLER

GREAT SERVICE !!! We schedule our move for February 01st and the movers were hour and half late and they cancel us at last moment when they found out that we are moving from 3rd floor with NO elevator. We called lots of moving companies and finally we found Vega Line Moving Services. They accommodate our last minute move. Vega Line Moving sent me 4 movers since we are on the 3rd floor. Movers were very professional quick, knowledgeable, efficient, polite and they were working as a chain in the walk up . They wrapped all my furniture and they helped me with dissembling of my big wall unit which was a big headache for me. They took care of all my belongings. Everything went well on the pickup date in Toronto. 8 days after, my shipment arrived in Vancouver (as they promised). We had a elevator time slot and the building management didn't alow us to move in ( building management sucks). I didn't know what to do next. I was feeling very helpless and I talked to mover supervisor and he told me to call the office if they could be of any help. I call Vega Line Office and talked to Mert. He was very kind to me and he let me store my stuff overnight in the truck for no extra charge. I had to sleep in the hotel that night. The next day, we met at 9 and they unload everything. The movers helped me unpacking all my stuff. They even help me with the placement of my big wall unit and set up my bed. The movers really helped me a lot. They were very nice and polite to me. I tipped them well which i think they really deserved it. This is how I ended my move. Thank you very much to all Vega Line Moving team. I'll recommend you guys to all my friends and my family.
