Elvis replaced the missing shingles and did extra services such as, caulking around exhaust fan and nail down popping nails on eavesdrops. Elvis was very professional, courteous and gone above and beyond with the services he’d provided without charging extras. We come to HomeStars to find quality, cost effectiveness and timeliness. But honesty is not always a by-product of even the best that HomeStars has to offer. I hit the jackpot, however, with Elvis and All-Can getting a job done that easily could have morphed into a bill that prompts the question "HOW many thousands of dollars?" What I got was a repair in 25 minutes, with extras thrown in like replacing old caulking around flashes. The hole that either a critter or nature had opened along one edge of my roof was covered over with an aluminum patch that bent down over the edge to help discourage the often ambitious squirrels of my neighbourhood and re-tiled expertly. And then two nice items occurred. I was given a bill $25 less than the quote and told my roof was good enough shape that I might get two more years out of it. He gave me a ball-park estimate for replacing the roof. Which was less than 40 percent of the cost of my neighbour to the north had paid for HIS roof two years ago. If I had the slightest complaint to make about All-Can, it was that I had to wait three days before they had a spot on their schedule for my (as it turns out) minor problem. I can't moan too much about waiting my turn. So, the full 10 star rating. And yes, I've even given Elvis' card to that same neighbour to the north who had his roof done. Seems it wasn't a good job and needs repairs.

Last year got birds nest under the roof. I had to washing my 2 cars every day. This year decide to fix the roof instead of daily cleaning cars. Call All-Can Service and schedule appointment for next day. The contractor ring to my door on time, get estimation and fix the problem. He else inspect entire roof, found and fix 3 missing shingles and put caulking around vents. Grate service. 10 out of 10.

I had birds nesting in an exhaust fan vent about 25 feet off the ground. I couldn't reach it and finally decided to call someone. I found Elvis of Allcan Services on Homestars and called him based on the reviews he had received. They were accurate! Elvis answered his phone on a Sunday, listened to my problem, offered a solution and a price and had it finished on Tuesday! He even cleaned out the exhaust pipe before replacing the vent, which was not part of the deal we had agreed to. He just saw that it needed doing and did it, without charging for it! I am very happy with his work and his service, would use him again in a heart beat.

This is our third time dealing with Elvis and he doesn't disappoint. He does high quality work, at a reasonable rate and is always punctual. We had a piece of fascia on the top peak of our house get ripped off in the wind. It was a scary looking job, but Elvis took care of it for us. My turbine vent had been squeaking for the past 3 years (most notably during the winter season). I called a couple of companies and Elvis returned my call promptly. He described in detailed what he would do differently to ensure that my turbine vent lasts, provided a 5 year warranty, and gave a competitive quote. He eased my doubts and fears by making sure that I got it fixed in a timely fashion even though it was a relatively small job. Elvis was on time and professional. I desperately needed my garage roof done so that it wouldn't rot through over winter. I got several outrageous quotes, but then spoke with Elvis and he was informative, helpful, and enlightened me as to what would be needed to deal with the problem. He is the one of the most honourable and conscientious people I have ever met. He did an amazing job and I would highly recommend him to anybody. If you are looking for someone who is honest and has a wonderful work ethic he is your guy. What can I say... A storm was coming and I needed this roof repaired ASAP!!! 3 days ago I noticed my bathroom ceiling very wet. I originally thought it was condensation from the shower.... I quickly found out I was wrong. I knew I now had a leak in the roof, I called Elvis and once he was on the roof in about 2 minutes he figured out it was a shingle that was installed incorrectly. Elvis explained over the years it had come loose because they nailed to close to what is called a water line on the shingle. I agreed that this was the source of the water leak. It's been raining ever since he finished, I took my flash light to the attic and the leak has stopped! I'm a health and safety inspector for major retailers and I have seen my share of short cuts and Elvis takes NONE! From the moment he got to the house I noticed he tied off his ladder! This guy has made living fixing everyone’s mistakes and doing it right. Keep up the good work! I'll call you when the roof requires replacement. Thanks and all the best Elvis.
