After months of searching and comparisons, we ultimately went with Lowes (Schuler cabinets and countertop magic) for our Kitchen Cabinets and laminate counte-rtop. We dealt with Bhavna and her team in the North Brampton store. We were very impressed with their great sales and customer service, as well as the high quality of the cabinets and the installation. We really love our new kitchen, and had a very nice experience in the process. Bhavna was very patient and knowledgeable, and helped us lean a great deal about the products. Also, she helped ensure that we received great discounts and pricing. Project was completed in the time-frame quoted, and with no hidden costs. Also, the design and attention to detail in the process was wonderful, and we are happy to recommend them highly.

They have a great system, where they add the product on hold, if in the time frame price goes down you get the lowest price possible. They are really, present to make sure if you have questions it is taken care care and they provide you the best options and recommendations. Would def buy again from lowes.

All our outdoor furniture, barbeque, decor items have been made at Lowes. The selection the prices of building materials are comparible to other retail outlets such as Rona and Home Depot but I have to say the customer service is exceptional. Lowes without question will refund the difference in price when they place items on sale. My experiences have been positive in all cases.

I am a regular shopper at Home Depot, but after moving to Brampton, I found myself wandering into the Lowe's. Normally I wander around for about an hour at the Home Depot looking for what I want, and then another hour waiting for someone to help me, so the first thing I did when I went into Lowes was to push the little red help button... and someone came within a minute to help me out, and they stayed with me until I got to where I wanted to be (the blinds section). They had a great selection of blinds available (compared to the Home Depot, which forces you to special order if you want something half decent. Also I think the woman in the blinds department at the Home Depot in Brampton needs a vacation, or at least needs to switch to decaffeinated coffee). At Lowe's I was able to get my Levolor cordless blinds without waiting weeks like I would have done at the Home Depot, plus I was out of the store within 20 minutes, and the staff was nice and knowledgeable!

WE BOUGHT A BAR B Q LAST SUMMER,IT FALLED TO HEAT UP TO THE RIGHT TEMP.IT FAILED TO COOK THE FOOD.WE WASTED THE FOOD AND THE GAS.WE HAD TO RENT A VAN TO PICK UP THE BAR-B-Q AND WE HAD RENT IT AGAIN TO RETURN IT.THE MANAGER WAS VERY SORRY AND HE NOT ONLY RETURNED THE BAR-B-Q BUT GAVE US A 50$ GIFT CARD.I ALWAYS GO THERE TO DO ALL MY SHOPPING.
