Decided to do a major facelift to our house this summer replacing windows, siding and deck. The windows portion of the job included replaceing 14 windows and 2 sliding glass doors. Adam took the time to go through all of the options available to us and window considerations with the new siding. The installation process was really smooth and the installer, Jim, kept us in the loop throughout the job. I was left with a sense of security knowing that the job was done right. Rot in the framing around our front bay windows was ripped out and replaced and improved to prevent future rotting. The windows look great inside and out with care taken on the exterior cladding and interior trim. Thank-you Adam and Jim!

Unfortunately rot is sometimes an issue in older homes, but we do our best to either repair what is there at no cost or at a low cost for our customers. Other companies may look at that situation as an opportunity to get an unfair amount of extra money out of their customers because the customers have no choice but to replace the rotten framing at that point. We try to be as fair to our customers as possible, even replacing rotten sill plates at no additional charge and consulting with our customers about more extensive water damage. We had a 14 ft picture window replaced and two 6th bedroom windows. The workmen were very professional and a pleasure to have around. My kids thought they were great. Workmanship excellent. Trim coustom fit around kitchen cupboards. It's hard to believe that transparent objects can change the look of your home so much. The windows look great, casement windows function well. Really pleased with the result. Max Green was also 33% cheaper than our other quote. I have recommended them to my brother who is redoing his house next summer.

Adam from MAXgreen responded very quickly to our enquiries, coming to our house to take measurements within a day or two. Our estimated quote arrived promptly a day or two later. Adam was very helpful in educating us about the different types of windows and glass and helped us decide what would be best for our needs & desires. He emailed me pictures from previous jobs they had done so I could get a good idea of what my new windows would like once installed. Once the windows were ready the installers came right away and within a week's time had completed the job. They were on time each day and were very diligent in cleaning up each area as they went along. They also did their best not to inconvenience us in any way. For example, they did the bedroom windows & trim on the same day so we could put the furniture back and the rooms were functional again right away. Our head installer Jim was very informative and & willing to answer all our questions. He explained each step along the way and told us what we could expect each day. We are very, very happy with the service we received from MAXgreen and will be sure to recommend them to everybody we know that is replacing their windows and/or doors!

We had Maxgreen supply & install 6 windows for us, replacing 37 year old windows in our two storey house. We obtained several quotes from different companies & Maxgreen's price was one of the lowest. But most of all we were impressed with the way Adam walked us through the various options and explained the "pros & cons" of each. It was easy to reach a decision. Once when Adam wasn't available Gary took us in hand and was just great. The windows were installed between Christmas and New Year and there was virtually no disruption to our life. Jim, the installer, was efficient, considerate and did a great job. We were left with no clean-up to do. We highly recommend Maxgreen.

I believe in quality and service. I deal with it every day in my line of work so I have some high expectations. When it came to replacing our windows, we did our research, went through a list of companies to get some quotes, and our decision with 'MAXgreen' was spot on! They treated us very well and we are happy with the final results of the 6 windows we had replaced. The team consisting of Garry, Andrew, Matt, and Adam (The owner) are down to earth, yet professional, and service orientated individuals. They were able to help us understand the installation process and work with us when we had some feedback/issues during the walk-through. Here are some highlights of what we experienced: - Garry gave us some great recommendations and education on weather proofing our existing windows and doors. - During the installation, Andrew and Matt were very considerate with the work done in the house. They altered their existing plan and worked on the baby room first based on our request. They cleaned as they went, which was very helpful especially with a 18 month baby in the house. - Matt did some some great detailing to the interior of the basement windows. It was very cool for him to ask for our opinions. - Andrew was very patient with our feedback, and was able to answer our questions about the size of basement windows and its exterior. - We were able collaborate with Andrew in getting additional work done to the existing living room window to kinda match the newer windows. - Andrew fixed our screen door for no charge. That was a step up and beyond! - When it came down to the walk-through, Adam was able to drop by, review the installation, and provide solutions to the minor issues found. - Andrew were able to resolve the minor issues to our satisfaction. The only recommendation that I suggest for 'MAXgreen' is to manage expectations by visually displaying the different exterior windows sizes (I.e. A picture of the existing window with a "rough" overlay of the new window) to the customer prior to installation. This will give the customer of what the exterior will looks like and ensure that everyone (Sales person, installer, and customer) are on the same page. All in all, not matter what your project is, you will need to find a contractor that is willing to work with you, and value your feedback. We found that with Adam (Owner of 'MAXgreen'). He was able to manage our expectations and that is a 10/10 in my books. I will be calling his company again when we need our other windows and doors replaced.

We ordered a high end Duxton fiberglass window and sliding patio door and wanted an installation company to match the quality of the Duxton products. I requested that Blueskin be used to protect the wood and that was no problem. The patio door was very heavy (approx. 375 lbs) and had to be lifted up one storey onto a deck for installation. This was accomplished with no damage to our deck much to my satisfaction. The installation of both the window and patio door were both excellent and we plan on having them install more Duxton windows and likely a new front door.
